Satisfied with faculty, placements, and infrastructure. Dissatisfied with our canteen and timings.
Placements: There is a separate placement cell in our college. Though it's a Christian minority college, there is no discrimination in the case of placements. The placement percentage is around 90 percent in our college. Many students got placed in big companies such as Google, etc.
Infrastructure: In my opinion, we have the best infrastructure that a semi-government college could have. Our classrooms have a digital board, AC, and Wi-Fi. Our canteens serve average food, and the quality of the food is not up to the mark. The hostel facility is good, and the rent is also reasonable and affordable. The quality of food is also good, according to the stay.
Faculty: Our department has 2 sections and 100 students in total. There are 20 professors, so as far as I'm concerned, the faculty members are good. No lectures are attended by professors. Faculty members are helpful as well. The teaching quality of some selected professors is good. In semester exams, the difficulty level is easy compared to our 12th board exams.
Other: I chose B.Com because I have an interest in accounts. One area that could be improved in our college is the college timings. All of our classes are held in the early morning, and at the time when other departments start, our classes end. Our college arranges a good number of events and fests. There is a fest called Aarohan, which is organised by the commerce department and approved by our HOD. Our college also provides scholarships. Recently, our department provided scholarships for those students who were interested.

Very good infrastructure and experienced faculty.
Placements: The placements are not satisfactory, not many people get placed after completing this course. Most of us pursue higher studies in this field. The placement cell of the college is quite helpful and its representative always tries to help us in the best way possible.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms have built in projectors and computers which help teachers to present the slides on the screens. The canteen is really affordable and the food is quite tasty, plus the ambience of the canteen is very soothing. The mess of the hostel is also quite nice.
Faculty: Our professors are highly experienced and very proficient in their field of work. Their classes are always exam oriented. Frequent assessment through class tests also made us exam ready from day 1. The professors are really friendly and helpful towards the students.

It has good faculty members and a campus with a clean and good environment.
Placements: The beginning salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA after graduation, as per my knowledge. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. There are pretty good placements in this economy where graduation is a very common degree. The fee is very affordable, and teachers are accessible throughout the day. The placement cell is also active for any queries.
Infrastructure: It has a good campus with a good environment. It is kept clean with good management. There is no ragging, and students need to submit an anti-ragging form beforehand that clearly states rustication as punishment if found guilty of ragging. Seniors are also pretty helpful. Overall, the college has a very nice vibe.
Faculty: Our college has good faculty members and teachers. They are helpful with seamless communication, even via WhatsApp. Regular classes and attendance are encouraged by teachers. Full help is provided from their end to solve any queries of students. Class tests are also conducted every once in a while, along with presentation demos.

If you want to complete your UG from your hometown only then you can opt for it.
Placements: Hardly 10% or less get placed by the companies as they have a certain skillset. Most of the students just waste their time completing the course and not focusing on building skills or certification courses. First of all, as its situated in Kolkata so not many top-tier companies come for on-campus but ICICI, Kotak, Amazon, and some startups, mini-companies come here. In BBA B.Com, there are roles for accounts, manager, sales, marketing, and finance. The highest package is around 3 LPA - 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is only available for computer classes. Classrooms are quite small as they only accept 50 students each year. As I don't stay in hostel I don't know much about hostel inside. Though food is available which is mid-average. Consider staying in PG. Canteen is okay, but you have to visit the main campus for food during tiffin break. Sports and game facilities are there so you can leverage them if you want to.
Faculty: Some teachers are really helpful and I really admire the teaching of Pinaki sir. He can easily connect with students and can make you feel rounded by his lectures in classes and besides academics, he teaches real-life lessons which will help you in long run beat career, life, and relationships. Same goes to Saptarshi sir too. The curriculum is pretty outdated so one should start learning skillsets like marketing, finance by own via courses, youtube lectures or more in order. Semester exams of 1st and 2nd semesters are pretty bearable but rest will be difficult with time but you can manage. Few faculty members are awesome like our HoD of BBA department, Pinaki sir, Saptarshi sir, Madhumanti ma'am, Debtirtha ma'am, etc.
Other: I want to pursue MBA in marketing and having bachelors in business administration can shape me how corporate works and their core fundamentals. It will also showcase me the overview of my higher education. Some subjects like PMOB and VOLS are really good. It should embrace more skill-oriented internships from the very beginning of our semester that can enhance the technical performance of our students. Events like POSDCORB and Christmas are really fun. I have a good time with my friends and seniors over there. So, you will get events but rarely. Extracurricular activities like debate, photography, and dramatics are conducted.

It’s awesome. The facilities here are great.
Placements: Various companies came to hire us by conducting interviews. Telecom jobs are also offered by our college. We have a placement cell where students can submit their CVs for different job opportunities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very nice, and the canteen also serves some delicious food. We have a college ground that is open to all students. Students may go and practice different sports. Our college also organizes annual sports and football competitions where each department takes part.
Faculty: It's difficult to give exams in such a short period of like 3 months. Passing marks are 15. Overall, if you study and follow the classes properly, you can definitely score good marks in the semester. But the only problem is the time we get for the completion of the syllabus for each semester.

It is the best college in Kolkata for history and art studies in the environment of heritage.
Placements: More than 55% of students get placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are ICICI Bank, Aditya Birla Group, and Wipro. Mostly, students get internships in ICICI Bank and some in other call centers, and it is nearly 42%. Roles like manager, human resource, and some back office jobs are offered here.
Infrastructure: It has Wi-Fi, AC labs, well-furnished and AC classrooms, and a big library with a small department library. It has a great value of heritage. It has popular seminars with relevant entities. The food quality is good. Rooms are spacious. It has quick medical support and friendly staff members, which makes it feel like home.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in everything. They train on the syllabus and also provide extra knowledge. They encourage participation in various activities like presentations and group discussions. The course curriculum is relevant, and it provides in-depth knowledge of the subjects. Semester exams are somewhat difficult.

Hi, There is an entrance exam followed by GD/PI. Admission to other UG courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. No, maths is not required for BBA but is required for MBA entrance exam. Good luck.
