M.E./M.Tech Candidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.

Placements: As in our department, recruiting companies like Medingers, Omega, HealthWatch, Suloshan, Atheenapandian Private Limited, etc. are eager to recruit effective and efficient students who have a good CGPA and field knowledge for job roles like Biomedical Engineering, Sales and Services, Application Engineer, and Medical Coding.

Infrastructure: Friendly and effective staff and professors with years of experience in the working field, and good infrastructure. The hostel has normal-tasting food and also limited timing. Sports have a great vision and mission in our college, winning more and more prizes in the field.

Faculty: Developing faculty members, helping professors, and the principal with great experience, which is helpful for our curriculum and internal exams. They conduct three performance improvement tests for developing our knowledge. As we are the last batch at Anna University, our college changed into autonomous.

Other: I just chose the course because of the nomenclature, which combines medical and engineering. The best thing about the course is that the medical field will never degrade with the increasing number of working jobs.

I am satisfied with the course, but the infrastructure is average.

Placements: More than 50% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 8.14 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.3 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Zoho, HCL, Capgemini, etc., visit our campus. Top roles offered are in IT networking, medical coding, and other IT sector work.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities and infrastructure. Labs, classrooms, and libraries are good. The hostel facilities are average. The quality of the food in the hostel was average. Mess, canteen, all sports, and games are available.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. and M.Tech holders. Our college provides special classes. The pass percentage is more than 70%. A PIT exam must be conducted before exams.

Other: Every year, a symposium and a variety of events are held. Extracurricular activities are conducted.

Overall experience was not too bad.

Placements: Placements are not bad. Few students got placed in low recruiting companies. Highly reputed companies do not visit the college. They cheat in placements. They make students sit for the interview and then after sometime the recruiter doesn’t respond.

Infrastructure: Infra of the college is not bad. Wi-Fi is really bad. Classrooms are not great and library is boring. Hostel is one of the worst and they do not provide safety for the students. Students are good in behavior.

Faculty: The college provides exams manually but teaching quality is not good. They do not have experienced teachers. Students only get knowledge, they do not become industry ready. Teachers are not friendly.
