Great college I have ever been.
Placements: I pursued my education in the health sciences stream, specifically in the MPHW (Multi-Purpose Health Worker) and General Nursing and Midwifery GNM courses, as part of the 2021-2024 batch. These programs were designed to equip students with practical and theoretical knowledge in community health, patient care, maternal and child health, and basic clinical procedures. Approximately 75%-80% of students in our batch were successfully placed through campus recruitment and hospital tie-ups. The highest package offered was around 5.2 LPA, mainly in private multi-specialty hospitals or abroad placements, while the lowest stood at 1.8 LPA, typically for ENT.
Infrastructure: Our campus is designed to provide a modern, well-equipped environment that fosters learning, innovation, and hands-on experience. There were digitally-enabled classrooms with projectors, smart boards, and high-speed Wi-Fi for interactive learning. State-of-the-art labs for practical and research, tailored to the specific needs of your course, e.g., computer labs, electronics labs, science labs. There was a rich collection of books, journals, and access to digital databases and e-books to support academic excellence.
Faculty: Faculty & training institutions, there were specific faculty listings in the Anantnag area that aren't publicly available. MPHW diploma programs in Jammu & Kashmir were typically authorized and run by institutions recognised. The course spanned 18 courses.
