PGPM 2018-2019. Looking back.

Placements: Ours was the first batch of PGPC (PGPM2018-19). It's a one year program. We were 8 students and all of us were placed. It's very much similar to the regular 2-year PGDM. The subjects offered were almost the same. The highest package which was offered was 5 LPA. And the lowest was 2.5 LPA. We didn't have internships but our program was pretty well designed and was quite informative in terms of exposure and experience we had. We had multiple industry visits which was initiated by our professors.

Infrastructure: SDMIMD has well enhanced and equipped infrastructure which helps students carry out all sorts of activities and ideas. The computer lab can accommodate at least 70 students at a time. The hostel is clean and there's a separate room for everyone which I believe is the usp.

Faculty: The faculty is very knowledgeable and helpful and they try to make this course go smooth and makes students comfortable. The courses offered are relevant which helps the student to be industry ready in all the sense. Subjects like marketing, HR, Finance, operations, systems, etc. are taught to students in a very comprehensive manner to make them ready the corporate. Subjects like entrepreneurship help student understand the basic and advanced things which would be required if they choose to become an entrepreneur someday.

Students are admitted only on open merit on the basis of valid entrance test scores (CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA/MAT), academic record, written ability test, personal interview and overall profile
