Our college has quality education and good placements.
Placements: Approximately there are 40% of the students got selected for the campus drive. When we talk about packages, the highest salary package is 3.6 LPA, the lowest salary package is 2.22 LPA, and the average salary package is 2.8. The top recruiters in our college are Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good staff with facilities like labs, classrooms, etc. The facilities available in the hostel are above average because the food is not good and there are so many people in one room. It is very difficult to adjust to life in a hostel when there is no hot water facility.
Faculty: The staff in our college have good knowledge of their respective subjects. The academic subjects are very helpful for getting jobs. The semester exams are easy because it is very easy to understand concepts presented in academics, and the pass percentage of our college is 91%.
Other: There is more importance to doing a B.Sc. in an IT field, so I chose this one.

Our college has poor management with unaware technological ideas.
Placements: Placements in Gnanambica Degree College are better compared to other degree colleges. Placements will start in the final semester of your graduation, and most of the companies recruit students for BPO jobs only. During the time of recruitment, there are no restrictions as the management allows students to participate in the recruitment process even they already got placed in some other company. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Emphasis, Tech Mahindra, etc., participate in the recruitment process to recruit students from this college. Maximum these companies recruit students for BPO jobs only. All kinds of students will be offered with the same salary package despite their high-level performance during the recruitment process. From our batch, some students were recruited in BPO company with a salary package of 1.9 LPA. Highest and the lowest salary packages are not offered in this college. You'll just get a job with a salary of Rs. 13,000 per month if you get placed in any company from this college. None of the students from our batch got an internship.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available here but only for principal and dean followed by respective staff members. You cannot expect top-level infrastructure in this college. Computer lab, chemistry lab and biotech lab are available. The library is not available in this college. Our college doesn't conduct sports activities and games. However, medical facilities and canteen are available in this college. There is a hostel in this college, but the maintenance is very bad.
Faculty: Teachers are very good in this college, but the management is not up to the mark. Management has to change in certain aspects like preparing good curriculum, conducting talent enhancement activities for students, etc. The course curriculum is not updated. Students getting the knowledge from this college is not sufficient to lead in this technological life.

It is a good college for girls.
Placements: Students who score above 70% marks are approached by campus placements. I think the highest salary offered by Wipro is Rs. 15,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, Wipro, and Tata Consultancy Services visit our college for placements. Most of the students opt for the IT sector companies because it is very easy to get jobs.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is good. The food served is also good. There is no Wi-Fi facility for us because mobiles are not allowed in college. Labs are too cool for us. Whenever we want, we go to a lab and practice.
Faculty: Most of the lecturers are helpful to us in finding a route. But it is also a strict college. Teachers are very talented and responsible. In college, students are also intelligent and excellent. They teach us very well. Lecturers are good with us. They will tell what to do and what not to do.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is very competitive.
