The CG PET 2026 exam date has been announced for admission to BE/BTech courses. As per the notification, the exam will be conducted on May 14, 2026.
The XAT registration process 2026 is now open for MBA/PGDM courses. The last date to register is Dec 5, 2025. Furthermore, the XAT 2026 exam will be held on Jan 4, 2026.
The MAT Dec 2025 registrations are now open. For PBT mode, the last date to register is Dec 7, 2025, and the exam is scheduled for Dec 13, 2025. Moreover, for CBT mode, the registration closes on Dec 15, 2025, and the exam date is Dec 21, 2025.
The CAT 2025 admit cards for admission to MBA/PGDM courses are now available for download. The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on Nov 30, 2025.
The CMAT 2026 applications are open for admission to the MBA, PGDM, and MMS courses. The last date for submission of online applications has been extended to Nov 24, 2025.
The ATMA 2026 registration for the Feb session exam for admission to MBA/PGDM and MMS courses is expected to start in Dec 2025.
The JEE Main registration 2026 is now open for admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses. The registration deadline for session 1 is Nov 27, 2025, and the exam will tentatively be conducted between Jan 21 and Jan 30, 2026.
The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/MTech courses will be conducted on Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 14, and Feb 15, 2026.

Placements: About 70% of ECE students got placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is around 4.5 LPA. TCS, Wipro, and L&T are the main recruiters. Around 55% secured internships in core and IT firms. Top roles offered are embedded and network engineer.

Infrastructure: Labs are well-equipped. Wi-Fi works fine. The hostel is average, and the food is okay. Sports and library facilities are good. There is also a temple.

Faculty: Faculty are supportive and experienced. The ECE curriculum is updated and industry-focused. Exams are fair, and most students clear them easily. The course offers good value for money. Campus life is lively with events and helpful seniors. The college is autonomous. The faculty is helpful and experienced. The curriculum is updated with VLSI and embedded systems. Exams are moderate, and most students pass easily.

Other: I chose ECE for its scope and placements. The best part is the helpful faculty and good labs. Campus fests and events are lively. Wi-Fi and sports are decent. Wish the mess food quality improved. Overall, a good experience and value for money.

Placements: Every year, around 80% of students are placed in the college. In the previous year, the highest package was 42 LPA, the average was 6 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are ServiceNow, Juspay, and Tata Consultancy; some students got placed at Microsoft also. The number of students who got internships was a little less, around 30%. They got internships at Tata Consultancy or local start-ups. Top roles offered in B.Tech CSE (AI) are AI engineer, software developer, and data scientist.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of our college are very good. They provide us with Wi-Fi, AC classrooms, and a well-maintained canteen. The facilities are good, and the quality of food in the canteen is good, but the quality of mess food is a little bit compromised. Otherwise, sports and medical facilities are also good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified; their teaching quality is very good. Their course curriculum is relevant to the industry, and they teach AI and modern technologies to students, which makes them industry-ready. The college is affiliated with CSVTU Bhilai, so semester exams are organized in CSVTU. The passing percentage is around 70%. Semester exams are quite difficult, but if you study well, you can pass the exams easily.

Other: I chose B.Tech CSE (AI) because I have been very interested in computers and technology-related things since childhood. The best thing about my course is that it teaches us future technologies like AI and Data Science. I think it should be made more industry-relevant by focusing on projects and providing more internships. The events, fests, and crowd are very good in our college; they organize sports events and an annual function every year. Connectivity is a little compromised because it is situated outside the city. They provide scholarships to eligible students. Campus surroundings and extracurricular activities are good.

Placements: Around 70% of students got placed from my course. The highest package offered is 42 LPA, the lowest is 3.3 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA-6 LPA. Top recruiters are Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Visa, Adobe, etc. Top roles offered are junior software developer, frontend developer, full-stack developer, etc.

Infrastructure: My college has smart classrooms and a good computer lab. It has very good hostels and mess facilities, and has good classrooms, some of which have AC. College has a seminar hall to perform events, it has a very well-equipped playground for cricket football, basketball, volleyball, etc. My college has an idea lab where we can create our project and model, it has lots of clubs where we can explore our passion and interest. My college has a Toastmasters club where we can develop our communication skills. Overall, it has good infrastructure, and one more building is under construction with bigger classrooms and smart features.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and teach well. The course is up-to-date and helps students get ready for jobs. Semester exams are moderate, not too tough if you study regularly. The pass percentage is good, around 80%-90%. Here we get extra classes for students who are not very bright. Also, we have employment recruitment training where we get ready for placement, also our college invite teachers from outside to teach new skills and make us placement ready.

Other: I chose B. Tech CSE, because of its high demand in the market, and I chose this college because it was one of the best options in Chhattisgarh for engineering, no other colleges had this many facilities and placement percentage.
