B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board/council with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidate must be graduate in relevant stream from recognized university.
B.Sc.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 clas with Science (PCB) and English Core/English Elective with aggregate of mentioned marks from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board. Candidate appearing in 10+2 examination in Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with mentioned marks.
BCA	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from recognized.
B.A.M.S.	Candidate shall have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and shall have obtained mentioned percentage taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates who have passed Class 12 from Open School or as private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. However, this has been a subject matter of challenge before the Honble High Court of Delhi, Honble High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and Honble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur. Result awaited candidates can also apply however such candidates does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage at the time of first round of Counselling.
UG Diploma	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from recognized.
D.Pharma	Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology (Zoology and Botany) from a recognized board/Institute.
