ShriRam Group of Colleges (SRGOC) Scholarship Details ,Gwalior

Scholarship Policy 2022-23:
At SRGOC, they believe that hard work should be rewarded. As part of ongoing initiative in 2021 approx. 1 Crore worth scholarship (Govt. & our own) have been awarded to reward the excellence achieved by meritorious students. Right to education is one of the fundamental rights of every citizen and they believe that financial situations should not be a block for students with passion to study & excel. The idea of extending scholarship and financial aid to meritorious students is to ensure that every deserving student should have access to quality education. It is a small step towards the collective goal of making India the knowledge hub of the world.

General Rules:
The mentioned criteria are only the eligibility to apply for scholarship. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility are required to fill SRGOC Scholarship Form. In absence of relevant & original mark sheets / certificates / documents, the admission and scholarship application will not be considered. Final decision of granting scholarship is with the Admission Board of SRGOC.
- The mentioned scholarships will be calculated only on tuition fees.
- Any student found involved in any act of indiscipline and / or practicing unfair means may be debarred from availing scholarship at any time without any notice.
- The student fulfilling more than one eligibility criteria will be considered only as per higher preference mentioned in the scheme and will be eligible for only one scholarship. Under no circumstances, any student can apply for more than one scholarship or any other financial aid from the SRGOC.

Institute offers multiple scholarships schemes:
1) Entry Level Scholarship:
a) Merit Scholarship: Merit Scholarship will be awarded in first year to those candidates who have scored aggregate percentage marks in 10+2 / graduation examination as per the criteria mentioned below:
For subsequent years, merit scholarship will be awarded to those candidates who have scored:

(i) Course: B.Tech. CSE/ ME/ ECE/ CE (SRIIT) & MBA (SRIIT)
- Students who have scored 70% to 80% will get scholarship of 5000/- for First year only (& Fee after scholarship: 40,600/- for First year only)
- Students who have scored 80.1 % to 90 % will get scholarship of 10,000/- for First year only (& Fee after scholarship: 35,600/- for First year only)
- Students who have scored 90.1% to 100% will get scholarship of 15,000/- for First year only only (& Fee after scholarship: 30,600/- for First year only)

(ii) Course: B.Tech. AI & DSE (SRIIT)
- Students who have scored 70% to 80% will get scholarship of 5000/- for First year only (& Fee after scholarship: 45,600/- for First year only)
- Students who have scored 80.1 % to 90 % will get scholarship of 10,000/- for First year only (& Fee after scholarship: 40,600/- for First year only)
- Students who have scored 90.1% to 100% will get scholarship of 15,000/- for First year only only (& Fee after scholarship: 35,600/- for First year only)

(iii) Course: BBA, B.Com. (Computer Application), B.Com.
- Students who have scored 70% to 80% will get scholarship of 3500/- for First year only (& Fee after scholarship: BBA: 31,500/- for First year only, B.Com (Comp. App.): 21,500/- for First year only, B.Com.: 16,500/- for First year only)
- Students who have scored 80.1% to 90% will get scholarship of 5,000/- for First year only (& Fee after scholarship: BBA: 30,000/- for First year only, B.Com (Comp. App.): 20,000/- for First year only, B.Com.: 15,000/- for First year only)
- Students who have scored 90.1% to 100% will get scholarship of 7500/- for First year only (& Fee after scholarship: BBA: 27,500/- for First year only, B.Com (Comp. App.): 17,500/- for First year only, B.Com.: 12,500/- for First year only)

b.) Sports Scholarship:
General Rules for awarding Sports Scholarship:
To all those sports personals have participated / have won medals in games recognized / affiliated by
1. Olympic Games by IOC.
2. World Championships under international Sports Federation (IOA and / or MYAS).
3. Asian games by Olympic Council of Asia.
4. Asian Championship organized by International Federation of concerned games (IOA and / or MYAS).
5. Common wealth, SAF & Afro-Asian games.
6. Paralympics (IOA and / or MYAS).
Note:
- MYAS: Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
- IOA: Indian Olympic Association.
- SAF: South Asian Federation.
- In absence of relevant Sports Certificates, scholarship application will not be considered.
- Scholarship is granted on annual basis. Scholarship continuation in subsequent years will be subjected to the performance of respective candidate in current academic year.

(i) Course : B.Tech. CSE / ME / ECE / CE (SRIIT) & MBA
- State winner will get 5,000/- Scholarship amount (& fee after Scholarship: 40,600/- for that year)
- National Participant / Winner will get 10,000/- Scholarship amount (& fee after Scholarship: 35,600/- for that year)
- International Participant / Winner will get 15000/- Scholarship amount (& fee after Scholarship: 30,600/- for that year)

(ii) Course : B.Tech. AI & DSE (SRIIT)
- State winner will get 5,000/- Scholarship amount (& fee after Scholarship: 45,600/- for that year)
- National Participant / Winner will get 10,000/- Scholarship amount (& fee after Scholarship: 40,600/- for that year)
- International Participant / Winner will get 15000/- Scholarship amount (& fee after Scholarship: 35,600/- for that year)

(iii) Course: BBA, B.Com. (Computer Application), B.Com.
- International Participation / Winner will get 7500/- Scholarship amount (BBA : 27,500/- for that year, B.Com (Comp. App.): 17,500/- for that year, B.Com.: 12,500/- for that year)
- National Participation / Winner will get 5000/- Scholarship amount (BBA : 30,000/- for that year, B.Com (Comp. App.): 20,000/- for that year, B.Com.: 15,000/- for that year)
- State Winner will get 3500/- Scholarship amount (BBA : 31,500/- for that year, B.Com (Comp. App.): 21,500/- for that year, B.Com.: 16,500/- for that year)

c.) Defense Scholarship:
All those candidates who have their parents working / worked in Armed Forces (Army / Navy / Air-force) / Para Military / State Police Force / Home Guard will be awarded with a scholarship.
Scholarship Amount: Rs. 5000/- per year.

d.) Single Parent / Covid-19 Financial Aid:
This scholarship has been awarded to those candidates as financial aid (for first year only) who have either single parent or lost their father / mother during Covid-19 pandemic.

(i) Course: B.Tech. (CSE / ME / ECE / CE): Scholarship awarded: INR 10,000/- (& Fee after Scholarship: INR 35,600/- )
(ii) Course : B.Tech. (AI & DSE): Scholarship awarded: INR 10,000/- (& Fee after Scholarship: INR 40,600/- )
(iii) Course : MBA : (Fee after Scholarship: INR 35,600/-)
(iv) Course : BBA / B.Com. (Comp. App.) / B.Com.: Scholarship awarded: INR 5000/- (& Fee after Scholarship: BBA: INR 30,000/- , B.Com. (Computer. App.): INR 20,000/-, B.Com.: INR 15,000/- )

2.) Scholarship at subsequent level:
a) A. Meritorious Scholarship:
(i) Course : B.Tech. CSE / ME / ECE / CE (SRIIT)
- Students who have scored Percentage / CGPA of 7.0 to 8.0 will get INR 5000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: 40,600/- for That year only)
- Students who have scored Percentage / CGPA of 8.1 to 9.0 will get INR 10,000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: 35,600/- for That year only)
- Students who have scored Percentage / CGPA of 9.1 to 10.0 will get INR 15,000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: 30,600/- for That year only)

(i) Course : B.Tech. B.Tech. AI & DSE (SRIIT)
- Students who have scored Percentage of 7.0 to 8.0 will get INR 5000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: 45,600/- for That year only)
- Students who have scored Percentage of 8.1 to 9.0 will get INR 10,000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: 40,600/- for That year only)
- Students who have scored Percentage of 9.1 to 10.0 will get INR 15,000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: 35,600/- for That year only)

(iii) Course: MBA (SRIIT)
- Students who have scored Percentage of 70 % to 80 % will get INR 5000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: 40,600/- for That year only)
- Students who have scored Percentage of 80.1 % to 90 % will get INR 10,000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: 35,600/- for That year only)
- Students who have scored Percentage of 90.1 % to 100 % will get INR 15,000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: 30,600/- for That year only)

(iv) Course : BBA, B.Com. (Computer Application), B.Com.
- Students who have scored Percentage of 70 % to 80 % will get INR 3500/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: BBA: 31,500/- for That year only, B.Com (Comp. App.): 21,500/- for That year, B.Com.: 16,500/- for That year)
- Students who have scored Percentage of 80.1 % to 90 % will get INR 5,000/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: BBA: 30,000/- for That year only, B.Com (Comp. App.): 20,000/- for That year, B.Com.: 15,000/- for That year)
- Students who have scored Percentage of 90.1 % to 100 % will get INR 7500/- for That year only (& Fee after Scholarship: BBA: 27,500/- for That year only, B.Com (Comp. App.): 17,500/- for That year, B.Com.: 12,500/- for That year)
