A candidate who has successfully passed 10 + 2 pattern of examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics as optional subjects is eligible.
The eligibility for admission is 45% in case of General Category and 40% in case of SC/ST, Category-1 and OBC Category candidates in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Admission can be through CET (Common Entrance Test conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority) or COMED-K Entrance Examination.
Lateral entry scheme is also available for Diploma holders with an aggregate minimum of 45 % marks.
Management quota seats are also available.
