The campus also has a lab, gym, and sports facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are strict and respond. Teachers help students only if students ask for help. Otherwise, there is no special importance for students from teachers. Teachers are remaining alone, as far as I know. I was told that many teachers are not likely to teach. They teach only for their salary ( only some teachers).

Satisfied with the training and placement.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and clearly explain the topics. They will clarify our doubts. The syllabus they keep is very useful for the company and industries. Semester exams are good. We have to score 40% in both internals and exams for passing.

It has good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Most teachers here are qualified enough and helpful. But some teachers lack teaching skills. Quality of teaching is above average. The curriculum is good, and they keep updating the syllabus according to the market and job requirements in the industry. The semester exams are based on the topics and syllabus taught by teachers, so it's not very difficult to score if you learn the notes given by teachers. The passing percentage is 40 percent in all the tests, quizzes, and lab tests, and everyone s...

Life in one of my decent COMEDK colleges.

Faculty: The teachers present there are very helpful. Qualified and knowledgeable with a higher degree in their respective branch. The teachers present there provide a high level of education and knowledge regarding the course. The course curriculum is very much relevant to the IT industry as well as all the departments, which we all need for future growth. It makes students ready for the industry for the upcoming years, in which they will be able to serve at each and every stage whenever required. The s...

Placements for core, we need core internship and vision design instead of coding.

Faculty: All lectures help to study, and they take an extra class in the name of a study hour. They clear your doubts. The only thing is we have to be practical and strong in electrical, so that we can understand both theories and practical lectures, labs are too good and you can study better.

SIT combines quality education, labs, hostels, and extracurricular opportunities.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are approachable and willing to clarify doubts both during class and after class. The teaching quality is good, combining theory with practical sessions. The course curriculum is reasonably updated and provides a solid foundation in core subjects. While the syllabus prepares students academically, gaining industry-specific skills. Semester exams are moderately challenging. The pass percentage is fairly high, around 85-90% indicating the exams are fair but demand consi...

Supportive faculty, good hostel, modern labs, safe campus, and decent placements.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable, the curriculum was industry-relevant, exams were moderately difficult with a high pass percentage, and overall teaching quality was good. The faculty in the Electronics and Telecommunication department at SIT Tumkur are highly qualified, approachable, and supportive. Most professors hold advanced degrees and have a good blend of teaching and research experience, which makes the classes engaging and insightful. They are always willing to clear doubts and gu...

A life in my college Tumkur.

Faculty: Teachers involved here in all the departments are very well educated as well as have higher degrees in their respective subjects and fields. They have a knowledge of about 95% of the subjects, and their quality is very well maintained over the 4 years. This course is very relevant as it gives an idea about different fields of IT sector which include coding, skills, and many more. The semester exams are good. You have to be careful before the exam if you need to score a good SGPA at the end of yo...

Absolutely satisfied with good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are okay. If you tell SIT, the first thing everyone tells is that faculty members are actually knowledgeable and teach well, unlike few colleges so no problem in that regard. Exam goes well until you get results because I don't think even board people or VTU people to correct this strictly, as it almost feels sadistic sometimes.

My honest review about my college.

Faculty: The course curriculum was nicely designed. It had a balance of industry exposure and academics. The focus of the teaching pattern was best suited to the requirements of the industry. Course curriculum was the best part of this college. The college authorities revised their curriculum as per the changing trends so as to give the practical implications of the subject which will help the students. Course curriculum was a bit loose but the gaps were filled via interaction with other department stude...
