Can't say anything but both placement report and merit list comes very soon. And many students got PPO in last batch. You will get exact no. after placement report out.

You will have to apply through all India seats , looking at last year trends the cut off goes up to 99.7x . might be difficult for you to get it with your score

Students have converted PGDM with percentile of 90 percentile. but it depends upon you GD-PI because 80% weightage given to GD-PI.
