The college is good and trustworthy.
Placements: 70-80% of scoring students get placed in this course. PWD role is offered. The highest, average, and lowest packages offered are almost the same as any private company. The top recruiting companies are Hindustan Construction and National Construction.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities like Wi-Fi connections, the latest labs, updated classrooms, and a library. Actually, I have no idea about hostels. I think the quality of food in the mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities are very good. Sports are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. To some extent, the course curriculum is relevant for students to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult in this college. The pass percentage is 40%.

My college is good and absolutely satisfied.
Placements: The information about our batch and course. There are two batches like civil A or B this is a government college but they keep charges like 6,000 for admission fees. There are like 90 students. All students are good at our Silchar Polytechnic, they have many branches like electronic and mechanics, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure give a good advantage of free Wi-Fi connection like Jio and BSNL. Classrooms are clean and good. Hostel food is good. Sports and games are included in our course. In the hostel, all rooms are neat and clean, and good students are happy.
Faculty: Teachers are A+. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and good. The semester exam like one semester for six months for 3 years diploma. Our 1st semester exam started on 29 February and the results out in April, and the 2nd semester exam started on June 20.
Other: I chose this course because it aligns perfectly with my long-term career goals and allows me to explore my passion within a specific field. It also provides the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in my chosen profession and contribute to my community.

Good facility in everything but only we have to behave in manner in front of the teachers.
Placements: Only 96 students are placed in my course. Package depends upon our ability to speak in an interview and on CGPA. Tata Company, Onshore Group of Company, and L&T Company are the common companies that come to all the branches of our college. Students get the opportunity to start their careers. Recently, more than half of the students from our batch got internships in different companies like Onshore, L&T, and Anand Group. After completion of the course, the companies will come again and discuss about the salary and post you want to work.
Infrastructure: First of all, our college best branch in civil because all teachers are highly qualified and they help anytime. Whereas classrooms are slightly clean but the swipers work good. Library is the best place where the guard is too good, he helps us with whatever books you need. If you don't know then just tell him the subject name and he will prefer you the best and accurate book. Hostel facility is good as I have eaten. Medical is not so good because the doctors are retired. Sports and game facilities are superb and all games are available anytime.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They teach us in English in class and if you don't understand just go tell them, they will teach you in Hindi, Bengali, and Assamese. They also teach us how to crack interviews. Pass percentage is like 80/20. 20% of students don't attend classes. Semester exams are easier than class test exams.
Other: I chose this course because I love buildings, and how they construct. I prefer that girls should do this course because it helps to get a good career opportunity instantly after the completion of the course. Diploma level is good. Events and fests are the most enjoyable things. Scholarships are provided from the first semester.

Averagely satisfied because the campus and the hygiene are not good.
Placements: 120 students got placed or below 120 in every batch of civil. The highest package is above Rs. 70,000, the average is Rs. 45,000-50,000 and the lowest is below Rs. 35,000 according to your academic results. 80%-90% of students got internships from various courses.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are average because it's getting old. Wi-Fi is not available for students. Labs are hygienic which is not good for the students. Classrooms are also averagely hygienic. Medical facilities are good and no canteen is available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality and course curriculum are good which gives students industry-ready. The difficulties of exams given per semester are tough and some are easy. The percentage of getting passed is 30%.
Other: The course is good and the reputation of the college is good. The best thing is that most students choose this and get good results. Facilities provided need to improve. There are scholarships given to all students.

College has bad infrastructure, hostel and canteen inside campus.
Placements: Around 70% of students placed in our course. The highest salary package is 2 LPA, the average salary package is 1.5 LPA and the lowest salary package is 1 LPA. Barak Valley Cements, SEW Infra Ltd, and Amrit Cement are the top recruiters. Around 40% were placed in companies like APDCL, Jain Udyog, Silchar, and Star Cement Ltd for the roles of JE, IT assistant, and FITTER, Foreman.
Infrastructure: Physics lab, Chemistry lab, and Engineering Mechanics Lab are available in the college. The quality of supplies is the best of other Polytechnic Colleges. It has good medical facilities on the campus with a government doctor. Our college organises various sports and games in techno fests.
Faculty: All the teachers are qualified with M.Tech, M.Sc., and Ph.D. and they are very helpful and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and students are well-trained with basics from the 1st and 2nd semesters. The difficulty level of exams is moderate and the pass percentage is above 80%.
Other: I chose this course as the Scope for this Job is better. Some computer technology, Technofests, General Election, Girls Scholarship, Medical hostel, etc. are provided.

I just gave 12th final exams with PCM. Can I take admission with my 10th marksheet as I think my percentage of 12th will not be good?

Answered a year ago

No ,you can't take admission based on class 10 th marksheet you need to show 12th marksheet. Normal colleges would give you admissions easily or they may take an entrance test. If you still want to have good percentage in 12 th you may give improvement.
