SJES College of Management Studies Course Admissions 2026: Fees, Eligibility, Dates & Selection Process

SJES College of Management Studies does not hold its own entrance test. It accepts MAT, CAT, or CMAT score, to admit candiates in MBA. The rest of the UG courses are availed on the basis of merit. Interested applicants are required to submit applications on the internet and satisfy the prerequisites.

SJES College of Management Studies offers courses at UG and PG levels. The college offers courses in Management, Commerce, and other streams. The courses include BBA, MBA, BCA, BCom, etc. Admission to SJES College of Management Studies is merit or entrance-based.

Candidates must pass a two-year pre-university examination conducted by the pre-university education board in Karnataka or Class 12 by CBSE or any other examination considered equivalent thereto to apply for BCA programme at SJES College of Management Studies.

Candidates are required to submit relevant documents to SJES College of Management for verification purposes that can justify their academic and personal identity. the required documents for the MBA course are as follows:

No, MAT is not compulsory for admissions to the MBA course at SJES College of Management. The college accepts several national/ state based management entrance examination scores for admissions to the MBA course, and MAT is one of those. SJES Management College accepts the relevant scores in CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ PGCET for admission to the MBA course. Therefore, candidates with relevant scores in MAT can be considered to get admission into the MBA at SJES Management College. However, only scoring in the MAT entrance examination is not compulsory. 

BCom courses at SJES College of Management are offered in two specialisations, general BCom courses, and BCom in Aviation and Logistics Management. The eligibility requirements for admissions to both BCom courses are the same, in which first candidates are required to complete their Class 12 from a recognised board of education, and the admission is based on the merit which is released after assessing the Class 12 results. 

SJES College of Management offers only two specialisations in BCom courses, the first one is a general BCom course, and  BCom with Aviation & Logistics programme (designed in line with international quality standards). On the other hand, at Kristu Jayanti College, the BCom programme is available in five specialisations including Investment Banking, Business Analytics, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, BCom in International Business & Finance, and BCom in CMA. Therefore,  Kristu Jayanti College offers more BCom specialisations, compared to SJES College of Management. 

Yes, SJES College of Management does offer provisional admission to the BCom course for the students whose Class 12 results are awaited. Moreover, candidates granted provisional admission based on declared scores must present proof of passing the qualifying examination, Class 12 with the required marks during document verification. In case students, failed to prove their eligibility before the deadline, their admission stands cancelled. 

Candidates can appear CAT, MAT, CMAT to get admissions in SJES Education Institutions. 

Since, the cut offs vary every year due the candidates high or low score. So it is very difficult to tell that, students with minimum cutoff will get a seat at SJES EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS or not. But at an average, we can say that for general category 95 percentile or 98 percentile, they are eligible to get this institution for higher education

Yes, SJES College of Management does offer an MBA course for the duration of two years, divided into four semesters, and offered in full-time mode. The college offers an MBA General course, and specialisations offered in General MBA courses are HR, Marketing and Finance.
