Smt. Shanti Devi College is an average college in Rewari.

Placements: Smt. Shanti Devi College has good placement records and provides actual placements. NIET has tie-ups with many companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. With a little effort, students can secure placements. The placement ratio is also good, and the college offers training to support placements.

Infrastructure: Their hostel is not very good, only the AC rooms are fine. One bad thing about the hostel is that the lift often does not work properly, and many times students get stuck in it. The building is also old, and they have not renovated the rooms or the structure. Students face many issues in the hostel, like the main gate closing strictly at 6 o'clock.

Faculty: Smt. Shanti Devi College faculty is also good, and I like their teaching methods. They put in effort for students and try to explain in a better way. However, one teacher gives punishments and even beats students during lectures when they don't learn their homework.

Placements: Our course is not finished yet, but in the previous course, 70 percent of students got placed in different organizations. 30 percent of students get internships with jobs. Assistant manager is the top role offered in the country. Flipkart and Bosch are the top recruitment companies.

Infrastructure: The college has proper infrastructure facilities. The college has all the required labs for subjects. The hostel facility is available in the college. The quality of food in the canteen is tasty and hygienic. The college has a sports ground facility on campus.

Faculty: The teaching quality is very good, and all teachers are knowledgeable and helpful in nature. The course curriculum is relevant for the career because it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are not so hard that the students can pass before studying for the exams.
