SGGSCC has nearly 25+ programs available to choose from.
Placements: I am pursuing Computer Science (Hons.) at SGGSCC. The placements for our course are incredibly good. Nearly 70 students from our course are placed this year. They are all placed in top tech companies. Many tech and finance companies come to our college for recruitment. Every year, hundreds of students from our college are placed.
Infrastructure: Delhi NCR students are unfortunately not allowed in the hostels. This is definitely a shortcoming that the college needs to address regarding the hostel facilities. I am from Ghaziabad. I have to travel nearly two hours daily to reach the college. Otherwise, I have no complaints. From Wi-Fi to computer labs, all facilities related to our college are top-class.
Faculty: All faculty members in our course are top engineering professionals. From solving students' problems to teaching and solving complex codes for IT companies. They have done it all. I am from a Science background. I feel that this is the best course for Science students. That was the main reason for choosing this course.

SGGSCC has the best commerce and finance society in DU.
Placements: Out of all the DU colleges that have a Sikh Community Quota, SGGSCC is perhaps the best. If academics are the best, nobody will rate it the best. Even if academics are the best, people still won't rate it the best. But because the placements of our college are the best among its peers, it's the best college. The annual recruitment drive for our batch is on, and hopefully, the previous highest placements, which were in the range of 20–24 LPA, will be broken this year.
Infrastructure: The college only has a girls' hostel. There is no boys' hostel. Most students are from Delhi or Punjab. Punjabi is the second most spoken language on campus. Even the canteen and medical staff are from Punjab. The overall infrastructure of our college lacks nothing apart from a boys' hostel.
Faculty: Lovely people. Most of our faculty members are so down to earth. Even after having such high-profile teaching posts in DU and having such magnificent degrees, they are so helpful. I have not seen any of my faculty members going and boasting about their achievements. Thus, they are the real heroes. They believe teaching is their Karma. They teach us as if their life depends on it.
Other: Ecothon, hosted by Economics Hons students, and Monexus, which is our commerce society's annual fest, are as good as any top fests.

It's a very good college if you want to continue in the commerce field.
Placements: The placement process is pretty well organised. They keep students informed about all company requirements and various things needed when signing up for different companies. A lot of Big Four companies come to campus, like Deloitte, PwC, EY, etc. Other companies like Bain & Co., Blinkit, TresVista, etc. also visit.
Infrastructure: All classrooms have air conditioning, which works 24/7. Along with that, we have a state-of-the-art library, which has multiple floors, and an amazing auditorium. The infrastructure of this college is honestly better than most of the colleges I’ve seen on the Delhi University campus so far.
Faculty: Some teachers are genuinely so dedicated to teaching and passionate about it. They somehow make even boring concepts like accounting fun and make you want to attend the classes. Professors are knowledgeable and often bring in their real industry experience into a seemingly normal class.
Other: I think placements and infrastructure are the best parts of this college. Along with the various societies, some of which are very active and fun to be a part of.

SGGSCC is the best-located college of DU.
Placements: The TPC (Training & Placements Cell) at SGGSCC is highly rated. It has managed to place its students in top conglomerates. From guest sessions to seminars, various such events are organized at our college to ensure students learn about the corporate world. Companies such as KPMG, Deloitte, and others regularly hire students from our college at packages ranging from 5 to 20 LPA.
Infrastructure: A girls' hostel with around 60-65 rooms and a capacity of over 100 girls is available in our college. The only issue with the hostel is that the closing time of the hostel is very conservative. There is a medical room and superior labs in our college. Sports facilities are also brilliant. Academic halls and classrooms are also magnificent.
Faculty: Our faculty members aren't trained but are people who have learned everything on their own. Such experience of theirs is something which I want to bank upon. Our faculty members are undoubtedly among the best in business. Their teaching is magnificent, and so is their understanding of students.
Other: I have been associated with various college societies. Even in my final year, when most students leave the societies, I have continued.

Good infrastructure, decent placements, and an active campus.
Placements: Placements are solid for a DU commerce college. Around 55–60% of students get placed. The highest package is around 24.8 LPA, and the average package is around 5.5–6.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies include big names in finance, consulting, and IT. A good number of students also get internships, often in finance and banking roles.
Infrastructure: The college has a nice, modern campus. There is Wi-Fi on campus, big classrooms, and the library is well-stocked and good for studying. The labs are decent too. The college only has a girls' hostel. It is actually one of the better ones. The rooms are furnished with fans and AC. There is a garden around it. The mess food is average, nothing special but okay for day-to-day. There is a canteen too. Medical facilities are basic but available. There are sports grounds and facilities for games. Overall, the infrastructure is quite good for a DU college.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. They are generally helpful if you approach them. The teaching quality is good on the whole, though, like anywhere, a few teachers are better than others. The course curriculum is relevant. It mostly makes you industry-ready, especially the practical subjects. Semester exams are moderately tough. If you study regularly, you will be fine, but you cannot cram at last minute. The pass percentage is decent. Most students who attend classes and put in reasonable effort clear their exams.

Placements: SGGSCC is a college of Delhi University offering one of the best placements at the undergraduate level. In the latest placement season, more than 350+ offers were rolled out in a variety of roles in audit, consulting, finance, etc. The median package is 6.05 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great. The college has a football ground. It has an auditorium with seating for about 1,000 people, fully AC classrooms, labs, and libraries, along with a cricket ground and badminton court. There is also a girls' hostel right next to the college.
Faculty: BMS at SGGSCC is number 2 for BMS. The curriculum is a professional, management-oriented course where we study subjects from marketing to finance to operations. Teachers are all PhD-qualified and are very helpful in providing notes and explaining the topics.
