Beautiful with brains. As the campus is also really nice, and teaching is also really good.

Placements: Placement is not great for M.Sc. microbiology. Very few seniors have gotten in through it, not many. But this time, there are a few more companies that they have referred. If it comes, we will all be placed. But it's improving as the year progresses, so we think we will get a good placement.

Infrastructure: It's a very good campus, we have good education facilities like a really good library, we have a gym, an indoor badminton court, a basketball court, and a football ground, and we have a really good canteen. Medical facility is also good. Hostel is also very nice. Overall, the lab and class are well-maintained and good.

Faculty: Faculty is really good, they are very experienced, and they teach really well. Curriculum is balanced with both extracurricular activities and studies, and we will have time for exams, which are well done. There are no complaints about the teaching.

Other: It's a really good campus and I personally have no other addition.

The best college of my life.

Placements: Our campus has a well-maintained training and placement cell. It provides many opportunities to get jobs as soon as we finish our course. Every year many students are placed in many different best companies all over India and the placement package we get is so good: 16 lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: Everyone gets a single room along with shared washrooms (the room has a bed, mattress, cupboard, table, and bookcase provided for all students)—you get to choose your own wingmates during the 2nd year. The hostel fee is 54K per year, and along with that, you pay a mess fee of between 4-5K per month. Given the humid weather of Kolkata, it is hard to stay in rooms that aren't air-conditioned; most students get table fans for the summer season.

Faculty: I chose it because it's an ancient university and the 5th top university in India. Its culture and architecture are very nice. Every department and hostel is having unique architecture and structures. Land and gardening are well maintained. Entrance examination is very easy.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are E&Y, ICICI, Netmeds etc. The placements are really helpful as most of the students get placed. The college gives exposure to the students in various aspects as It greatly helps the students to do well in their placements.

Infrastructure: Beautiful infrastructure with huge classrooms, Seminar halls, an auditorium, a cafeteria and a library. The hostel has its own canteen which provides healthy and hygienic food to all. Library is one of the best with subject books as well as books of renowned authors.

Faculty: Teachers are excellent at teaching. They are well qualified from renowned universities across the globe. They not only give importance to subject knowledge, but also to extracurricular. Course curriculum is also good. It makes students well-equipped with knowledge.

Review of St. Joseph’s University.

Placements: We don't have a placement cell for our course. It will come up soon. Students who have good skills are eligible to apply to industries and other academic fields. Students come under the college placement systems by default.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are good. Classrooms are small. The library is very vast, and it has many relevant books. The food served in the canteen is good. They provide a variety of food items. A few sports and games facilities are available in our college. We play them during break time.

Faculty: Our professors guide us throughout the course. We have to put in personal effort. The curriculum is dynamic. It opens changes based on students' recommendations. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry and academics.

Other: We are the first batch of this course, so it is a learning curve for students and the department. Our feedback is taken seriously and is being implemented in the subsequent batch. The infrastructure needs a lot of improvement. The curriculum could be a bit more refined. This course provides a good platform to interact with other colleges and institutes and fine-tunes your approach.

Our college is good and provides good placements.

Placements: Around 10 out of 60 students got placed in our course. All students got internships from our college in TCS. Top recruiting companies are KPMG, Nielsen, Aditya Birla, Blue Global, and Shell.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our lab is air-conditioned. Our canteen and its food are good. The ground and library are well-maintained. The library is a good place to study. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled.

Faculty: Some faculty members are good, supportive, and friendly. Our alumni come to teach us. Their teaching quality is good. They always help us.

I am satisfied with our course.

Placements: About 25% of students got placed in our college. Many companies visit our college to recruit students. The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are KPMG, Nielsen, and Aditya Birla Group. All students got internships from our college in the 4th semester. TCS will take the remaining students who did not get any internships. Top roles offered are data scientist and associate data scientist.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. The Wi-Fi speed is 175 Mbps. The computer lab has the best equipment. Classrooms are neat. The library is very large and has a huge variety of books. Our college has an online digital library. The hostel is very strict, but its food and facilities are good.

Faculty: Our classes are conducted by alumni of the department who work in the industry, which is very useful and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult. The pass percentage is 95%.

Other: I opted for this course because I want to enter the corporate world and get a decent salary package.
