Suryadatta announces scholarships to 100 employees of Rs. 30 Lakhs

June 26, 2020: As a part of their ‘Edu Socio Connect’ Suryadatta Group of Institutes has so far offered scholarships of worth Rs 3 crore to over 1,200 employees of top companies in the last nine years. To continue the same legacy, the Institute has announced the scholarships of worth Rs 30 lakh this year for over 100 working professionals. An official invitation has been sent to various companies across industries inviting the nominations for their deserving employees. The designations of these employees include Production Managers, Stores Managers, Line leaders, Sr. Engineers, Hardware and Software Engineers, Team members, Assistant Branch Managers, Directors, Purchase Officers, Store Assistants and superintendents.

The courses offered include:

• Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a course duration of two years
• Post Graduate Diploma Materials and Logistics Management (PGDMLM) with a course duration of one year
• Post Graduate Diploma Marketing Management (PGDMM) with a course duration of one year
• Post Graduate Diploma Financial Services (PGDFS) with a course duration of one year
• Post Graduate Diploma Foreign Trade (PGDFT) with a course duration of one year

• Scrutiny and Selection of the Candidates: August 7, 2020
• Declaration of the Selected candidates: August 10, 2020
• Commencement of the Course: August 15, 2020

SIMMS Hosts Job Fair 2020

March 5, 2020: Suryadatta Group of Institutes hosted Mega Job Fair 2020 on March 4. The event was organised in collaboration with Freshersjobfair.in. The event witnessed active participation of over 43 companies that includes Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Eureka Forbes Ltd, HDFC Sales Pvt Ltd, TSL Consulting, ICICI Bank (iprocess), Axis Securities, Royal Enfield, Tata Strive, LIC of India, Fino Bank and ICICI Prudential Lifeand and 1,000 aspirants. The packages offered to students ranges from Rs 12,000-40,000 per month.

Out of the total strength of students who participated, 277 students got shortlisted in various companies and 12 students also got final selection confirmation on the spot.

SIMMC Commits to Promote Safety Against COVID-19

April 4, 2020: Looking at the need to unite to fight against the Novel Coronavirus, Founder President and Chairman Suryadatta Institute of Management and Mass Communication (SIMMC) Dr Sanjay Chrodiya has promised to promote safety and awareness among society. The Institute has decided to conduct the classes of ongoing batches online so as to encourage social distancing. Suryadatta Group of Industries has also offered the government to use all three campuses as Corona Isolation Centres. The management is distributing food packets to needy people during this pandemic situation. The institute is making the best possible use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools to create awareness amongst students and their parents through various activities such as online competitions, online lectures, research and imbibing patriotic spirit for nation integration.

Suryadatta Group of Institutions Partners with TCS iON to Work Towards Solutions to Drive Education Excellence

December 17, 2019: Suryadatta group of institutions signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with TCS iON. TCS has a strategic business unit called iON with an objective to serve Small & Medium Enterprises (SME’s) as well as provide a platform for large scale knowledge assessment tests across India. TCS has developed a business concept “IT-as-a-Service” aimed at delivering an integrated suite of end-to-end business solutions. This will empower SGI end-to-end solutions by improving learning outcomes, digitally reimagining academic and administrative processes, ensuring accountability, and creating an active learning environment to improve learning outcomes.

Suryadatta Group Conferred ‘Top Institute in India for Holistic Development & Exemplary Contribution to Indian Education ’

November 23, 2019: Suryadatta group of institutions conferred Certificate of Excellence for being ‘Top Institute in India for Holistic Development & Exemplary Contribution to Indian Education’ award at Global Business Awards 2019 organised by Brand Icon Private Ltd at the hands of noted Hindi Actress Madhuri Dixit Nene. Adventure-cum-Team Building Trip Organised for PGDM Students

October 10, 2019: An adventure trip was organised by Suryadatta Institute of Management & Mass Communication on October 1 to 29028 Adventure Camp. A group of 16 young enthusiastic students accompanied by two faculty members started from the Bavadhan campus in a bus organised by the institute. A journey of 35 kms through a scenic route took the group to Avanti Kalagram. Avanti Kalagram is a well-known art and craft resort, where villagers and tribals are trained in making Handicraft and supported in marketing them. This was a lesson in Corporate Social Responsibility for young aspiring managers.

August 30, 2019: Surydatta Group of Institute organised its annual job fair along with FresherJobs.in on August 29 at Suryadatta’s Bavdhan campus as a part of its Suryadatta Global CSR Initiative for Internship and Placement. Every year this job fair is conducted which is open to all Graduates / Post Graduates / BE / B.Tech / Pharmacy / UG / ITI / Diploma etc. Over 30 companies such as Infosys, HCL, Jindal Electic Ltd, NIIT Ltd, Reliance Ltd, HR IT Global, TSl Consulting, Tata Strive Sustainability Ltd, Eureka Forbes, and Career Managament Pvt Ltd (Abroad Jobs), etc., participated with job opportunities in the field of HR/Finance/Sales/IT Developer/Mechanical/Electronics /Electrical/Civil / BPO/KPO/ ITES, etc.

Global Expo Arranged by Suryadatta Group of Institutes

March 3, 2019: The management wing under Suryadatta Group of Institutes, Bavdhan, Pune had arranged ‘Global Expo’ on March 2. It was a platform for students, faculty, visitors to get acquainted with global trade, current business affairs, social, cultural features and political policies of a country. Students clustered into groups of five each, selected a country and made geo-political and economic data analysis of it. The analysis of countries such as the US, Canada, France, the UAE, Russia, Germany, the Netherland, China, and the UK etc. was demonstrated via PowerPoint presentations, videos, infographs, charts, flex, artifacts and many other creative ways.
