SPPU admission for a majority of PG and UG courses, such as M.Sc. M.A. M.Tech, M.Com B.A. And BBA among others, is based on the Online Entrance Exam (OEE) conducted by the University. Aspirants need to write MHT CET/ JEE Main for admission via Maharashtra state-level counselling in BTech course of SPPU. The seats are allotted to aspirants through Maharashtra CAP Rounds. For BTech Data Science, aspirants need to pass OEE or Online Entrance Exam conducted by the university.

This college is good, but it is mostly suitable for fashion.

Placements: In my course, there were a maximum of 7 students from my batch, and the placements were not good. There were no placements for a 3D background. Very few students got placements, but not in very good companies. Placements were only available for graphic designers and video editors. If you wanted to go into 3D, it was a bad choice to come to this college.

Infrastructure: Facilities were good, and the infrastructure was average. There were some problems, but they were common and basic. Some computers had issues, and the PC specifications were less than required. Sometimes, there were Wi-Fi problems. For one month, there was no Wi-Fi for students, and we had to use our personal networks to complete assignments.

Faculty: Faculty was good. Their teaching quality was also good. The course curriculum was not that good. One problem was the change in faculty due to various reasons. The exams were not very difficult. There was a lot of internal politics, and no new faculty member stayed for more than 3 months. There were many reasons why they left, such as payment issues or internal politics.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to do something different.

Placements: About 50-60 percent of students got placed from the college during the academic year, and the remaining students are helped with placements even after the completion of the course. The students' placement cell is very active and supportive for all students, and they are bringing in quality companies.

Infrastructure: The college hostel is a little bit expensive as compared to PGs outside the college. So if you are getting admission here, try various PGs outside.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and helpful. The teaching quality and student exposure are very excellent. Teachers of every department are very nice to everyone, and their style of teaching is very understandable. The college makes students industry-ready by the completion of the course.

Other: At last, it all depends on the student the college is providing everything students want. You just need to ask them for it. The course I've chosen is E&TC. The course is very easy if you have an interest in electronic components and electronics.

Placements: About 50% of students are placed in my college. The highest package is about 50 LPA, and the lowest package is about 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Tata, Infosys, and Accenture. About 100% of the students complete internships because internships are mandatory for my course. HR is one of the major roles offered in my field, and students can also get opportunities up to the CEO level.

Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available, and the classrooms are neat and clean. The college has a good library and decent hostel facilities. The food in the hostel is overall good. Sports competitions are held every year. A canteen and medical facilities are also available. Overall, the college provides good facilities.

Other: The course is relevant to me. I am in technical education, so this course is relevant to me, and I chose this course. College has Navratri Utsav, Ganesh Utsav, Shiv Jayanti, and similar festivals celebrated in the college.

Faculty: Faculty is overall good. Teachers are helpful by nature and support students in their studies. The teaching quality is good and helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult, and students need 40% marks to pass. About 20 marks are internal, and the 40-mark paper is conducted by university. Good preparation is required to pass the exams.

Other: The course is relevant to me because I have an interest in technical education, so I chose this course. The college celebrates festivals like Navratri Utsav, Ganesh Utsav, and Shiv Jayanti.

Good infrastructure and faculty. Average placements.

Placements: Placements for the IT engineer branches or the IT company are average, a maximum number of students applying for the IT company got placed, but for the core branches, it is poor. Sometimes they provide training for placements that was quite helpful for cognitive thinking.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty good like they have Wi-Fi, washing machines, and a water heater available. The hostel mess facility is poor. There is no mess facility available for hostel, but on campus there are 4 to 5 mess available but the quality of food is poor.

Faculty: Faculty is well-knowledgeable and has a good amount of experience. For the EnTc branch like for every subject, the teacher is appointed to teach that subject. They are quite good at teaching that subject, but a few faculty members are not so good in their subject of study, but overall good.

Other: Events are pretty good. They even have a good infrastructure for sports and other curriculum activities.

Placements: Around 10% of students get placed. The average placement percentage is around 15%. The lowest package is 1.80 LPA, the average package is 2.40 LPA, and the maximum package is 5.80 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Bosch, TCS, and many other big companies visit for placements. Around 25% of students get internships. The roles offered include Software Engineer, Data Analyst, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities are pretty good, and the infrastructure is also good. Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms and the library are well maintained, and free Wi-Fi is also provided. ILS Law College, Pune which is affiliated to SPPU has been ranked 4 nationally in IIRF Law Ranking 2025. It is one of the top colleges of SPPU for law. Other colleges have not been ranked by prominent bodies.
