Admission to SCIT Pune's MBA programme is done through the SNAP entrance exam held by SIU. Short-listed candidates are called for subsequent rounds, such as Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interview (PI), and Written Ability Test (WAT). Final shortlisting is done on the basis of performance at all these levels. Being above the cutoff and good performance in SNAP are essential for selection.

In order to be eligible for SCIT Pune MBA admission, the applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate marks of 50%. SC and ST students should have a minimum of 45% marks.
