How to Prepare for SNAP 2025 in 1 Month?
- First of all, get hold of SNAP books, mock tests, sample test series and other study material
- Go through the SNAP syllabus and list down topics which you find tough and easy
- Start revising the easy topics and gain full control on them
- With the remaining time left, start picking up tough topics

SNAP exam preparation requires about 6 months so candidates must start studying for it from June onwards. The SNAP exam is conducted in three sessions and the first session is conducted in the first week of December, second session is conducted in the second week and the third session is conducted in the third week. Freshers should start Quantitative Aptitude preparation with NCERT Mathematics books of Class 9 and 10 for getting fundamental understanding of the topics and concepts. Once they have grasped the concepts of Algebra, Trigonometry, Mensuration, Geometry and other topics of Arithmetic, then move on to books with advanced level of Quantitative Aptitude topics. A good attempt of around 80 per cent of questions with 85-90 per cent accuracy is considered good score in SNAP. The SNAP exam has 60 questions only, so the number of attempts considered good are 40-45. Candidates must aim to solve a good number of questions in every section of SNAP, so that their overall score is good and they have a better chance of getting selected for admission. If you do not clear the SNAP cut off may not be eligible for admission to MBA programmers offered by SIU institutes. Meeting the minimum cut off is a mandatory requirement to be eligible for the Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interview (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT). Thus, when preparing for SNAP, keep in mind a target score. The SNAP cut offs are lower for Reserved category candidates.

10 Tips to Crack SNAP 2025 in 1 Month
1.Check your strength
In the beginning, take a SNAP mock test without preparation to see where you stand. This will help you in identifying your strong and weak areas. Start with strengthening your strong areas. You need to achieve 100 per cent accuracy in all the topics that are your strength.
2.Have an exam centric approach
After covering your strong areas, move on to weak areas. Since you have less time, you may not be able to cover all the topics well, so go through some previous years SNAP question papers to know topic-wise weightage and types of questions asked from areas that are your weakness. Focus more on those topics that have more weightage.
3.Practice SNAP mock test series
Solve a SNAP mock test every day and analyse your performance in each of them. You will get better with each passing day. Keep noting down the learnings from each experience and you will have a lot of readymade material to revise before the exam day.
4.Revision everyday

5.Improve SNAP logical reasoning
In SNAP, Reasoning has the maximum weightage of 25 questions. Solve sample questions logical reasoning to improve the skill of understanding patterns and series. There will be verbal, non-verbal and visual reasoning questions. You need to be able understand the less obvious patterns in the given questions.
6.Keep in mind SNAP marking scheme
Prepare for the exam keeping in mind the latest SNAP exam pattern and marking scheme. SNAP has negative marking of 25 per cent, which means you need to avoid every question that you cannot solve with 100 per cent accuracy. So, how will you identify such a question? Avoid questions from topics you are not confident about or could not prepare well.
7.Practice mental calculation
Develop the skill of mental calculation to avoid wasting precious minutes on rough work in Quants section. You must also develop the skill of solving questions through elimination method. This method has proved to be quite useful in saving time.
8.Learn time management
There is no sectional time limit in SNAP exam, so you won’t have the timer running. Thus, you need to time yourself in the exam. Divide the 60 minutes in such a way that you have enough time to solve each section. Strive to meet the sectional cut offs first, and then you can capitalize on each section.

The overall difficulty level of SNAP exam is moderate. The English and A-LR sections are usually easy while QA, DI-DS is moderate to tough. 10.Improve mental stamina
SNAP is an online test, where your comfort with computer system and mouse will prove to be valuable. What you need to develop is the practice of reading onscreen.
