Symbiosis International University (SIU) conducts the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) for admission to the BA LLB course every year. To apply for SLS entranecexam, candidates must have cleared Class 12th exam from a recognised board of education with a minimum of 45% aggregate in case of General category candidate.
For candidates belonging to SC or ST category, the minimum required percentage is 40%. Also, the candidates whose Class 12th results are awaited can register for the entrance test. Provided, they will have to submit their passing certificate at the time of admission to the university.

Symbiosis Law School BA LLB admission process is based on eligibility and entrance-exam conducted by the institute. Admission is conducted in online mode.Candidates can check the guide for SLS Pune admission process for BA LLB as explained below:
STEP 1: SLAT Registration
Symbiosis Law School conducts Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) through 'CBT Mode'. Students need to register for the test and select preferred test cities.. Payment of INR 2,250 needs to be made as SLAT registration fees. The duration of the test is 60 minutes & there are 60 MCQs of 60 marks in the test. Candidates need to appear for the test as per schedule and attain a valid score for the futher admission process.
STEP 2: SLS Registration
Candidate must register for Symbiosis Law School and select the programme. They need to make a payment of INR 1,000 for BA LLB (Honours) while filling the SLAT registration form.
Please note: While registering for SLS Pune, candidates can register for more than one integrated law programme. They have to pay INR 1,000 per programme. Separate Merit Lists for BBA LL.B. (Hons) , B.A. LL.B. (Hons) and B.Com. LL.B. (Hons) programme are prepared and published.
STEP 3: Selection Process
Students are selected based upon eligibility, score in SLAT and performance in Personal Interview conducted by the institute. The institute releases merit list of selected candidates once the online PI rounds are conducted.. The merit lists are released in three rounds: First Merit List, Second Merit List, and Third Merit List (subject to availability of seats).
STEP 4: Admission Confirmation
Candidates shortlisted as per the merit lists will have to submit the prescribed BA LLB admission fee for the particular course. Following this, candidates are required to verify their documents after which, they are intimated about the date of commencement of the classes.
