Symbiosis Law BA LLB course is a five years long undergraduate programme. The full form of BA LLB is a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law which combine Bachelor of Arts courses: history, sociology, and languages with professional legal knowledge. The BA LLB programme curriculum is spread across ten semesters.
Students who want to pursue a BA LLB at SLS Pune for the academic year 2025 must participate in the SLAT 2025 exam. STEP 1: BA LLB Application Process
The candidates have to register for the SLAT 2025 exams. They can fill the SLAT 2025 application form on the official website of SLS Pune. STEP 2: Selection Process

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) conducts SLAT annually. The exam shall be held in computer-based test mode. The duration of the test is 60 minutes & there are 60 MCQs of 60 marks in the test. Based on the scores of SLAT, candidates are shortlisted by the SLS.
STEP 3: Merit Lists Publication
The results of the selection process are released in the form of a merit list on the official website. The merit lists are released in three rounds: First Merit List, Second Merit List, and Third Merit List (subject to availability of seats).SLS Pune releases the merit lists once the online PI rounds are conducted.
STEP 4: Document Verification & Payment of Admission Fee

Symbiosis Law School Pune offers BA LLB (Hons) course with a total seat intake capacity of 120 students. Aspirants are offered seat in this course based on their SLAT score and performance in Personal Interaction round. Those who are shortlisted for admission have to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.
In order to be eligible for the BA LLB course at Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur, the student must possess at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidate) in her/his 10+2/Higher Secondary education. This allows the student to appear in the SLAT test that screens applicants for admissions in BA LLB.
After appearing in the SLAT test, the candidate must achieve scores above the cutoff level as stipulated by the SLS Nagpur management. The cutoff score for SLS Nagpur usually falls between 43-47 in SLAT.
There are certain seats reserved for SC, ST and other reserved categories. Below-mentioned is the reservation policy for UG, PG, and PhD courses:

For BA LLB (Hons)/ BBA LLB (Hons), candidates need to apply for both SLS Pune and SLAT registration. Aspirants need to pay the fee for both as those who will register only for SLAT will not be eligible to participate in the PI process. Candidates have to pay INR 2,250 for SLAT and INR 1,000 for the course. Below-mentioned is the application process:
Step 1: Visit the official website- slat-test.org.
Step 2: Register for one paper.
Step 3: Upload the documents.
Step 4: Pay the application fee via any of the online payment mode or DD.
Candidates who have completed Class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) are eligible to apply for BA LLB (Hons) programme at SLS Pune. Besides, aspirants must also pass SLAT for admission. Candidates should hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.
