No, direct admission is not possible! To be eligible for TNSA, candidates must clear NATA and should have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their class 10+2. Apart from this JEE Main scores are also acceptable.

The tuition fee for B.Arch in TNSA is around 2.5 Lacs rupees and it is a five years long course. The fee for first year is 55,000 INR.

Qualifying NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) is mandatory to be eligible for B.Arch. Also students must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their class 10+2 with subjects physics, chemistry and mathematics.
