TCG facilitate these scholarships through its "IT for Development" department, which is a non-profit making wing of the TGC private limited. TGC Animation and Multimedia scholarship scheme covers 50%-75% of tuition fee and study material along with paid internship options with TGC.

TGC BSc first-year of the course is divided into two semesters. There are a total of nine subjects that are covered in these semesters.
