Review of Thakur College of Engineering.

Placements: Thakur College provides ample scope for placements. The college has provided placement opportunities even for master's students like me. But the competition is really tough, and what matters at the end of the day is how you perform. I got my chance to perform.

Infrastructure: Thakur College is one of the best colleges in the western suburbs as per infrastructure. It has well-equipped laboratories, classrooms, workshops, and most importantly, the library. You will get almost any book relevant to the syllabus, and even the books which are not mentioned in the syllabus are also available. The labs are also equipped with air-conditioners.

Faculty: I did my masters from Thakur College. So, I got the chance to interact with almost every faculty member of the computer engineering department for my thesis related work. The faculty members of computer engineering are really helpful, approachable, and highly qualified.

The infrastructure, placement, and faculty are good.

Placements: The placement in TCET is strong that every student gets placed for at least 2 lacs per annum package. They provide every necessary facility, training, and references for the placement. They have many tie-ups with the reputed companies like Accenture, TCS, and Nexus. All of them provides pre-placement training to the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is huge that you can't even see the whole campus. It have three wing for technology. It also has different floor for the different branches. It also provides a well-equipped lab for every practical. It has air-conditioned room in each classroom.

Faculty: The faculty members in the college are co-operative that they are ever ready to help out and sort out any problem we face. They never deny your problem. They can sit for extra times for your problems. The course curriculum is much interactive that it has various bridge course that students find helpful to make clear every concept.

Other: It organises a different type of festival for college function like Sojourn, Inertia, etc.

I am totally satisfied because of good faculty members.

Placements: About 85% of the students from our college got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course was 9.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 5.9 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Amazon, Infosys, etc., visit our campus for placements. Every student got an internship at the college. The top role offered in our course was head of the department.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is amazing, and it has a lot of trees on the campus. Facilities available in our college are good. Wi-Fi facility is available in the whole campus with good connectivity, and student can access the Wi-Fi. Classrooms and library are clean and huge. Hostels are good and clean. Medical facilities are available at college.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful, humble and polite. They are well-qualified. They are graduated from the top universities. Some teachers are PhD holders. They help every student even after working hours. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
