The Renaissance Institute of Management and Technology (also known as The RIMT) commenced its academic trail on July 7, 2006. Located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, the RIMT offers courses with the approval from Uttarakhand Open University, Haldwani and Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. Furthermore, it is approved by DEC New Delhi and sponsored by Sir Ratan TATA Trust, Mumbai. The Institute is accredited and recognised by various government bodies such as MSME, Uttarakhand Skill Development Society, Ministry of Tourism, and others.

RIMT Dehradun Admission Process and Important Dates 2025
The Renaissance Institute of Management and Technology Dehradun admissions are offered on the basis of merit and institution-level exams. Candidates must visit the official website of the Institute to obtain the admission form and submit a physical copy at the Institute along with the necessary documents. The RIMT considers the Class 12 aggregate to offer admission to the majority of courses; however, for PG level courses, candidates must qualify for graduation with the minimum suggested aggregate.
The application fee is INR 500, and candidates must pay the current fees at the time of form submission to confirm the seat allocation. Candidates who choose to submit the form only will be subject to registration; however, it will not be considered for a confirmed seat allocation. In such cases, the confirmed seat might be offered to another eligible candidate. The duration to pay the fees for seat confirmation for a candidate is one month. The Renaissance Institute of Management and Technology application form must be obtained from the official website of the Institute or the Institute's administration office. Candidates must fill out the application form and submit the form with the necessary documents, such as:
