    Honest review of Tinsukia College.
Placements: This is a crucial drawback of our college, which barely provides any placements or internships or any such opportunities. It is a tier 3 city college, so barely any company or organisations comes to recruit employees. So we can't keep any expectations regarding our placements from Tinsukia College.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of the college are okay and average and not very good. There are no such facilities like Wi-Fi. Labs do not have many facilities and they are not really up-to-date. Classrooms are okay but they are also outdated, old and lack high-tech learning facilities as it is nowadays provided in most of the colleges. The college library is fine, but our department library is not really good. The department barely has any books in stock to issue to students.
Faculty: Faculty members are fine but it feels like most of them are not that qualified and knowledgeable about the topic they are teaching. The teaching method and quality are not effective and it is almost based on theoretical learning. The course curriculum is fine but it is not very up-to-date. Semester exams are not very difficult to pass.

I am a little dissatisfied because of faculty members and curriculum activities.
Placements: Our college doesn't give any placements. Our department arranges some education programs and some internships but not that level. In our college, it's just studying for the degree, no placement is offered to anyone. Internship opportunities are offered. In our college, placement system is not available.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college and department is average. Our library has a digital board so teachers take PPT presentations. Our college has a big library and our department has a personal library. Systems are average. Our college has only girls hostel and I don't know about the facilities of it.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable in our college. But our department teachers teaching quality is average. I'm not satisfied with it. In our department, BBA in Tinsukia College is not very relevant. Exam levels are good. Pass percentage is 40% and it's good.

    An average college in everything.
Placements: 1. The percentage of students needed in our course is 45% for SC/ST and 50% for general and OBC. 2. There is no highest-average package in our course, as per my knowledge. 3. There are many top recruitment companies that hire or find candidates who are doing or have completed the BBA course.
Infrastructure: 1. The facilities available in our course are: an extra library, apart from the college library, where only BBA students have authority, is provided with a smartboard with Wi-Fi to present the PowerPoint presentation. The quality of mess foods and canteens is average as per students tastes. The medical facilities are excellent, as the college takes immediate action for injuries that happen to anyone.
Faculty: The teachers of our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is quick and impressive, as the teachers teach the book information and practical knowledge too. Our course prepared as a student to do management in future, including industries, companies, etc. Semester exam are after students, and if they studies the notes teachers provided, they can surely pass out the exam without much difficulty.
Other: A BBA course is a professional course that gives students more chances in the future to pursue the job. The best thing about my course is the interaction between students, which usually happens during presentations.

Summarised with the worst college. Don't study here go out you will waste all your precious years.
Placements: Local jobs were offered, but only for a select few individuals within the district or state of Assam. From my batch, only two secured placements, resulting in a very poor overall placement rate of less than 5%. Since it is a government institution, not much attention is given, and more job offers come at G.S. Lohia College, Tinsukia.
Infrastructure: Facilities such as a library are available, but the classrooms aren't air-conditioned and lack high-quality infrastructure; they are low-end, and there is no hostel available. If you need to study in Tinsukia, consider G.S. Lohia College instead; do not come to this college as it has very poor facilities.
Faculty: The difficulty level is moderate to low, and the teaching is below average, focusing only on bookish knowledge without practical application. There are no internships offered, which means students are not industry-ready. Graduates from this college do not possess the essential skills required in the corporate world or the job market.
Other: I chose BBA out of interest in management, but the college curriculum is outdated, failing to prepare us for modern job demands. No skills are acquired, and there are no festivals or extracurricular activities; classes are frequently postponed.

The college and faculty is average. Don't have very high expectation.
Placements: There is no placement provided by the college. And there is no such information about placement percentage. Because the college has barely placed any students. This is a tier 3 city college and barely any company comes for recruiting. So don't have any high expectations regarding placement.
Infrastructure: There is no as such Wi-Fi facilities and there not such lab facilities also for BBA department. The faculty is fine but you can't have great expectations, and the practical learning is not much focused. The classrooms are okay and not doesn't have much facilities. Also the department doesn't have much books to issue. And barely issues books.
Faculty: Teachers are fine and not that excellent and not much helpful, the teaching quality is fine but it's not that practical focused and focuses more on theoretical learnings which is a negative point. Curriculum is average and not that current and upto date.
Other: I'm midway the course. It's okay but not that great. I'll recommend to go to some tier 1 city college instead.
