Infrastructure: The condition of the washrooms was very poor. Cleaning was not done daily. Sometimes, when you entered, the smell was so bad that you could not stand there for long. Taps were broken, water was leaking all the time, and there was no proper soap or tissue provided. Many students even avoided using the washrooms because they were so dirty. For an institute charging so much in fees, they should have at least maintained basic cleanliness.
