Unique Education Institute has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.A. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board. |
| B.Com | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board. |
| B.Ed | Candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized University/Institute. |
| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board. |
| LL.B. | Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized college /university with 45% |
| B.A. LL.B. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board. |
| After 10th Diploma | Candidate must have passed 10 class from any recognised Board/Council. |

Unique Education Institute has courses such as M.A., M.Com, MBA/PGDM, M.Ed, B.A., B.Com, B.Ed, B.Tech, LL.B., B.A. LL.B., After 1th Diploma which are primarily in the stream of Humanities & Social Sciences, Accounting & Commerce, Business & Management Studies, Teaching & Education, Engineering, Law.
I have available obc certificate from utter pradesh. I have got 42% marks in graduation. Can I get admission?

There may be less chances of getting admission the minimum % required is 45-50% so that the chances are low

The Bar Council of India discourage Evening/ Part time LLB courses. At present, evening LLB is not considered for practicing as Lawyer in court of law. So please avoid to do this.

The answer of your questions related to LL.B. Exam of Unique Education Institute Delhi are given below.
1. The LL.B. Exam mode is semester wise.
2. The LL.B. Exam center will be Delhi.
In M.Com examination, I've got 65% and in graduation, I've got 39%, am I eligible for pursuing LLB course?

Hi,
LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

Yes you can take admission in GNDU. The eligibility criteria is a bachelor degree of Guru Nanak Dev University or a degree recognized as equivalent with at least 45% marks(40% for SC/ST) in aggregate. Further there is no upper age limit for LLB program.
I am a B.Com graduate with 43%. Can I take admission for LLB? My age 20 years old.

No, you cannot take admission in Unique Education Institute or any other university for LLB, as minimum percentage requirement in graduation is 45% for pursuing LLB.
