The answer will be both yes and no. Getting into UCMS Delhi without NEET is possible since AIIMS Delhi offers courses apart from MBBS, such as BSc, MSc. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam. The annual intake of the college is 170 for MBBS programme. Candidates must crack the NEET exam to score a MBBS seat in UCMS. Candidates must check out the NEET syllubus to prepare for the exam. However, before applying candidates must qualify the MBBS eligibility criteria: twelve years of school education with 50% aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology)

The annual intake of the college is 13 for Diploma programme.

After the NEET MDS result declares, the eligible candidates can opt for counselling rounds. To participate in the NEET MDS 2025 counselling, eligible candidates have to register themselves on the official website of MCC. They have to fill in their choice of colleges and courses as well. Four rounds of counselling are originally conducted including the online stray vacancy round for admission into Masters of Dental Surgery courses. Based on the marks and ranks of the applicants, choice filled, seat availability, and other criteria, MCC releases the seat allotment list for NEET MDS counselling. Selected candidates have to report to the allotted institute for confirmation of admission. In case of vacant seats, MCC will conduct additional rounds of counselling.

Candidate must qualify NEET UG with a decent rank and must have a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology as compulsory subjects.

The candidate must qualify NEET PG for MD/MS with a decent rank and must have a MBBS degree recognised by MCI with a minimum aggregate of 55% (50% for reserved categories).
