Overall, it's an average college. Not that great.
Placements: I'm in a bachelor's course, so there are low chances for any type of placement for this course because it's more likely a graduation diploma. If you're in any technical type of courses or a diploma, there are chances that you will get placement, but not that much.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is top-notch. The campus is very big, and there are many hostels. Separate hostels and mess facilities are available. There are also different hostels for boys and girls. Overall, we can say that the infrastructure is pretty good and well-maintained.
Faculty: It's tough, and semester-wise exams are a little bit easier, but the yearly exam is really hard. They set very tough question papers. There are many universities in Rajasthan, but the exam papers of most universities are easier compared to this one. I can say it's pretty much tough.
Other: They don't organize that many events or fun activities.

College is the very best. I feel this is the very best for me and others. Thanks.
Placements: University Maharaja College, Jaipur, has limited formal campus placement, with about 60-70% of students securing placements largely through their own efforts, especially in technical programs like BCA and IT. Top recruiters are from the IT and banking sectors, such as Infosys, TCS, Samsung, and HCL. The highest salary packages are around 7-8 LPA, with an average of 3-4 LPA, and internship stipends are limited. Many students pursue higher studies or government jobs instead of relying on campus placements.
Infrastructure: University Maharaja College has well-furnished, spacious classrooms, a central library with a large collection of books, and well-equipped laboratories for science and arts subjects. It also provides Wi-Fi and indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and has two hostels, Annie Besant Hostel and Mother Teresa Hostel. The college also features an on-campus cafeteria and a seminar hall for events. University Maharaja College provides comprehensive facilities, including a boys' hostel with single and double rooms, a well-stocked library with digital access, a computer lab, various sports facilities like volleyball and basketball courts, and an indoor gymnasium. Students also have access to a canteen, an open-air theater, smart classrooms, and campus-wide Wi-Fi. University Maharaja College in Jaipur offers campus life facilities including well-equipped libraries, sports grounds for cricket and other games, hostels for boys and girls with basic amenities, and various clubs for cultural and literary activities. Students benefit from Wi-Fi, RO water, and a good environment for study, though the infrastructure is a mix of well-maintained areas and areas that need improvement.

Dissatisfied with the management of the college and the hygiene of the college.
Placements: There is no placement at this college. You need to be on your own to get up, and get placed. The highest, lowest, and the average package is no case. There are no top recruiters. The ratio of students going for internships. Students get internships on their own.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is 300 years old and then in the condition of the infrastructure is not good. The departments, labs, classrooms, and libraries are not as compared to the other colleges. They are not good. The facilities are not good. The water hygiene is not good. The mess, canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games are not available.
Faculty: Teachers are government. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Hence, the students don't come to the classes because there is no 75% student attendance percentage criteria. The curriculum is based on new education policy 2023 so it's good. The semester exams are at the mid-level.
Other: I chose the course because there was a boom in computer science branches at this college. I chose this college because it was government college, and yet you got the government college benefits. As we all know, there are fests and events like Aqua regia on the crowd. Connectivity is also good. Campus surroundings are also good. It is situated in the middle of the city. Scholarship, extracurricular activities, and everything are offered here.

College is average in facilities, but for middle-class students, it is the best choice.
Placements: There is no such placement facility for students currently available.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure for our course is average, and the course itself is in an average position. There are no advanced facilities or regular extracurricular activities for students. Additionally, the practical facilities are of low quality.
Faculty: There is facility is average but curriculum of our course is below average and exams about is also a low below average there is the biggest problem in exam because students are regularly falling in exam after studying everyday and there is also problem in faculty also.

This college is really good for those students who go for master’s courses.
Placements: Approximately 70% of students are placed in the course, with the highest package being 3.5 LPA and the lowest 50k, and recruiting companies are in the IT sector as well as civil services for civil servants. I am also a student of this college and currently doing MBBS from Gujarat.
Infrastructure: All these things are present in the college, including good Wi-Fi connection, a good library for study, good classrooms and labs, very good hostel infrastructure with all facilities, and excellent canteen and sports facilities for students.
Faculty: These college professors are very helpful to students with any type of problem, and there is no difficulty in semester exams because they are very good in their professions and support all the students studying in this college.
Other: The best thing about my course is this college’s infrastructure.

Maharaja College Jaipur - Decent academics, average facilities, and limited placements.
Placements: Placements for B.Sc. Bio Group at Maharaja College are very limited. College does not have a strong placement cell, and regular campus recruitment drives are rare. Only a small percentage of students, roughly 20-30%, manage to get opportunities, often through their own efforts rather than organized placements. Companies like Wipro, TCS, or IBM have visited occasionally. But consistent hiring for biology students is uncommon. The median package mentioned in some reports is around 4 LPA to 5 LPA, though this is not a guaranteed outcome. Most students prefer higher studies, research programs, or competitive exams instead of relying on campus placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure for B.Sc. Bio Group at Maharaja College is below average and needs significant improvement. Many classrooms lack proper maintenance and modern teaching tools. Biology laboratories are functional but not well-equipped with advanced instruments, and practical facilities often feel outdated. Library has basic books, but digital resources and updated journals are scarce. Hostel facilities are quite simple with limited comfort, maintenance and cleanliness are consistent. Mess food is average with little variety. The canteen also offers minimal options. Sports activities are available but not well-organized. Medical facilities are very basic with no dedicated healthcare support.
Faculty: Faculty members for B.Sc. Bio Group at Maharaja College are generally qualified but teaching quality varies. Some professors are knowledgeable and supportive, while others follow outdated teaching methods with limited practical exposure. Interaction with students is often formal rather than engaging. The curriculum follows university guidelines and provides a basic theoretical foundation but does not focus much on industry skills or modern research trends. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, mainly based on written learning and theoretical concepts. The pass percentage is relatively high, as students who attend classes and prepare consistently usually clear exams without major difficulty.
Other: Maharaja College is one of the oldest and reputed colleges under the University of Rajasthan, but it mainly focuses on academics rather than job-oriented training. The admission process is merit-based, and competition for seats, especially in science courses is high. Extracurricular activities such as cultural events, NSS and NCC are conducted but not very frequently. Campus is centrally located, which ensures good connectivity. Scholarships are available as per government norms, particularly for reserved categories and meritorious students. However, career counseling, research exposure, and modern learning resources are limited, making the college more suitable for higher studies aspirants.
