The worst college in Dehradun .

Placements: None of the students who got placed in the college or such company came for placement in this college, not even a single company. Company who visit they are just call center or sales company who wants only BBA students excect BBA students no one gets placed in company sits even for interview.

Infrastructure: There are no facilities in the hostel, and every six months, faculty get changed. In this college, nobody takes studies seriously, the college does not have Wi-Fi, there are no lab classes, and the library does not even have new books. The environment of the college is also not good for studies or even for fun.

Faculty: No teachers know anything about the latest technology or anything about industry experience; there are just people who did not get jobs anywhere at all; they came to this college. Most students who come to college are only for degrees; they do care about the future.

Other: Nobody comes except first- and second-year students.

Honest review of UCST College.

Placements: There is no such thing as placement or internship at this college. The college doesn't bring in a single company for placements. Only one company came to sell their course, and it was not for placement. When you take admission here, they will tell you that many companies come for placements, but there is nothing like that—it's all fake.

Infrastructure: Regarding infrastructure, the college is small, but there is beautiful nature around it. The classrooms have whiteboards, but there are no projectors, and there is no Wi-Fi access. During my three years in the B.Sc. program, we visited the lab approximately 15 times.

Faculty: The teachers are not experts; they are just inexperienced and likely hired because they ask for lower salaries. The teaching quality is very poor, and they are careless. This course does not prepare students for the industry; if you want to be industry-ready, you will have to study on your own. Don’t rely on the college.

Other: I chose this course because the fees were lower, and the faculty assured me that many companies like HCL, Wipro, and TCS would come for placements, but there was nothing like that—it's all fake.

Infrastructure: The college has a moderate-sized infrastructure, with well-maintained classrooms. It is equipped with two libraries, one dedicated to agriculture/forestry and the other for other subjects. Additionally, there is a small canteen and a playground for sports such as badminton, basketball, and volleyball.

Faculty: The college faculty is highly impressive, with a staff that is both lovable and helpful. The teachers are not only highly qualified but also provide excellent teaching quality. There is a friendly and supportive atmosphere among the teachers, and the semester exams are of moderate difficulty. As far as I know, the admission pass percentage for this course is 40%.

Placements: Some departments get placements in this college. There are some who do not get but the maximum they get is what the students always have wanted. The people there are good, and the staff is happy.

Infrastructure: In this college, the classrooms are good, teachers are also good. There are 2 libraries, 1 specifically for agriculture and another for all other things for hostels, students have to contact college management.

Faculty: In this college, the teachers are well qualified. Their teaching techniques are great. The exams are conducted well, and the teacher rewards each student accordingly.

Other: There is freshers function, and the college conducts sports meet every year. The surroundings are beautiful, and the campus view is great. The college is semi-government, and it will provide students with a good degree.

The college's infrastructure is adequate. The overall experience is average.

Placements: Only a few people are in this course. No internship was offered by the college. There are not particular recruiting companies for this course, but this course also offers a wide variety of options for opting out afterwards. I personally find this course useful.

Infrastructure: The college is quite small; no facilities are provided by the college. Infrastructure is quite okay. Classrooms are small. Electricity problems are there. Sports and games facilities are not properly provided. Students have to bring their own equipment for playing.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful as well as well-qualified. Semester exams are not that difficult if you have prepared for them. Teachers here are well qualified and knowledgeable, and all technicians here are very helpful as well. They provide practical labs, which help in understanding better.

Other: M.Sc. in Biotechnology is a course that opens a wide variety of options afterwards.

If you want to take admitted here there was the only reason that was fees.

Placements: About 12% of students are placed here. I don't recommend this college if you are looking for the best career. The fee structures are affordable as compared to other colleges in Dehradun Uttarakhand. Best less-fee college in Dehradun. That was the major reason for admission here.

Infrastructure: First thing is that I don't stay in a hostel. There is no Wi-Fi support for students, labs are pretty good and classes are also. You found at least every book in the library on your subject. There was a sports meeting in college.

Faculty: Teachers are pretty helpful and qualified and knowledgeable. The semester exam was not much hard as we seem. The course curriculum was pretty good. The pass percentage is at least 40 as per my knowledge.
