Disorganized management, outdated facilities, and motivated faculty.
Placements: I pursued a BBA from this college, and the placement scenario was extremely disappointing. Hardly any companies visited for recruitment, and the college did not provide proper placement support. The percentage of student placements was almost zero, with no structured placement process. There was no highest, lowest, or average package because no real placements took place.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were poorly maintained, with broken furniture and inadequate ventilation. The Wi-Fi was slow and barely worked, making online research difficult. The library had limited resources, outdated books, and very few relevant materials. There were no proper practical learning labs, and the overall academic environment lacked innovation.
Faculty: Some teachers were knowledgeable, but most liked interest in teaching and simply followed outdated notes. Their support was minimal, and students had to rely on self-study. The teaching quality was poor, with little focus on practical learning or industry exposure. The curriculum was outdated and not aligned with current industry needs, making it difficult for students to be job-ready. There were no skill-based training programs or workshops to enhance career prospects. Semester exams were not very difficult, but the evaluation was inconsistent. Many students passed easily, but there was a lack of proper guidance.
Other: I should have been from this college, but my experience was quite disappointing. I chose this course to build a strong foundation in business and management, but the college did not provide industry exposure and practical learning. The best thing about the college was that it covered basic business concepts, but the outdated curriculum and lack of experienced faculty made learning ineffective. There was hardly any focus on skill development, internships, or real-world applications. The college was late for events and industry interactions, making student engagement minimal fast. Extracurricular activities were poorly organized.

It is a good college in terms of education and it has friendly faculty members.
Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month for freshers. Salary packages depend on our skills and knowledge. Top recruiting companies are ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, etc. Around 50% to 55% of students got internships at LIC, Tata Motors, Hyundai, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There are two computer laboratories. Our college provides good facilities like projectors, classrooms, a library, a gym, and a canteen. Sports and games like cricket, badminton, etc., are available in our college. A girls' hostel is available.
Faculty: Semester exams are not difficult for students who work hard and study well. The pass percentage is around 80% to 90%. Almost 80% of students get good marks in exams. Our college provides industrial visits for students.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. In this course, students get good knowledge of managing people. It increases the development of personal skills to communicate with others and to develop a personality. Our college should provide more practical knowledge. Events like orientation, freshers' party, annual function, sports day, etc., are held in our college. The campus has around 1,000 to 1,500 students. Our college provides scholarships to students.
