There is good focus on academics, but not great college life.
Placements: Placements are not that great according to seniors of my course, and they try to be self-reliant. We do have a placement cell, and students can try to communicate and take assistance from the administration. Placements are not that great overall, as students often take up further studies after the course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and laboratories for the psychology department are okay. It has simple classroom setups with a smart board and fans. Labs are similar. There is a library with a good amount of study material and 2 floors. The monthly subscription to journals is also nice. There is a good ambience of nature on the campus. The view of the riverside is pleasant. The hostel is good for the price they charge. I would not recommend the hostel, though it is close, because facilities are not optimal. The only positive point is the closeness to the college.
Faculty: Professors are very helpful and teach concepts really well. Faculty members are really devoted to teaching and make it really easy for students to learn in an optimal classroom environment. The course curriculum is updated according to NEP and is relevant for the future prospects after UG. Semester exams are based on the curriculum and test the understanding of students for concepts taught. Analytical and reasoning skills are tested via practical, viva, and internals too.
Other: I chose psychology as I am interested in working with people and doing something that makes a difference. The college could improve clubs and societies, as they are not that active. The academic focus is nice. Events and fests do exist, but are often on the main campus, and we need to travel there to join in. Scholarships are available for students. The campus crowd is really awesome, and we will find some great people.

Really good facilities and professors.
Placements: As a social Science student, normally we are not offered any placement on campus, but we do have online groups which help us to find jobs and internships. Also, our professors help us out a lot by sharing every opportunity with us by sending them to us.
Infrastructure: It's a campus full of nature surrounding us and with the holy river Ganga flowing behind us. We are offered a library, canteen, and a knowledge center. Wi-Fi is also available. The hostel is surrounded by greenery and full of life, bustling. It's truly beautiful to stay at.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is absolutely relevant, and it does make the students industry-ready. The semester exams are a little difficult in this college, but the teachers teach us to overcome them.

I am satisfied just because of faculty. Some teachers are friendly. Campus is aesthetic.
Placements: Vasanta College is an affiliated college of Banaras Hindu University. Students won't get any placement in this course here and also in BHU. Students can do their Masters or research. Then you can become an assistant teacher.
Infrastructure: The teachers take classes regularly. Mostly, teachers teach well, but some are very boring. Library and Wi-Fi are available. But don't take the hostel in this college. Here, the condition of the hostel is the worst. They keep 7-8 girls in one room. The food condition is also very bad.
Faculty: Here, management is not so good. If they cancel the classes, they don't inform us. They informed us just 5 minutes before. The exams are difficult. The questions are from BHU. If their attendance is less than 75%, they won't allow students to take the examination. The teachers here have very good nature and are qualified as well.

College is average, and there are no placement opportunities.
Placements: Around 15% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. Some top recruiters are Wipro and TCS (Tata Consultancy Services). Most students pursue higher studies.
Infrastructure: Campus is very big, but there are no air conditioners in classrooms except for principal's office. Our college campus also has a library and Wi-Fi facility. There is also a river-view open class in a garden which helps us study in a green environment.
Faculty: All faculty members of our department and as well as other departments are helpful towards students. They are highly qualified from prestigious universities and knowledgeable in all different fields. Semester exams are at a difficult level.
Other: I chose the B.Com Honors course because I'm from a commerce background.

Satisfied with what I am getting in this college.
Placements: I have heard that companies come here and offer suitable jobs. Some of the seniors are posted on Flipkart. Alumni of this college are well settled in their lives. For internships, you have to do it by yourself using apps or online sites, but the commerce faculty here is very up-to-date in this case.
Infrastructure: The faculty and facilities are much better here. Library services and Wi-Fi are available throughout the campus. The hostel is also good. And the food quality is good to average. We are well provided with ground for sports like badminton, basketball, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: Professors here are very helpful and qualified. A semester exam will be a piece of cake if you study regularly. Professors help in every possible way. They teach very well. They will help you in every possible way. Classes are held regularly here.
Other: Same as the BHU main campus.

This course offers a bright future and development of skills.
Placements: Not many students were placed in my course. The highest package in my course is 1 LPA, and the lowest package is 80 LPA. There are no top recruiting companies, and not many students got internships from my course.
Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is good and looks beautiful, though ancient, but beautiful overall. The facilities are also good, and the campus environment is good. The course departments have their separate and well-maintained libraries, labs, and canteens.
There hostel facilities is available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated, very knowledgeable, and cooperative with students. They teach well, easily clear any doubt, give us new ideas about topics, and try to learn new things. They are very friendly with students. In my college, semester exams are conducted, and we easily manage them.
Other: I chose this course because I want to prepare for the civil exam.

On-campus placement drives are more likely to be organized for students of commerce background. However, students from BBA and MBA have a cut above the rest of the opportunity to be placed. You will be eligible for placement in your 5th semester. Many reputed companies, organisations and NGOs visit
