I am dissatisfied because there is no internet facility and no strict roles.

Placements: There are more than 600 students from all combinations. Our college does not give any salary packages to students. Particular companies do not visit the college to recruit students. I do not know where students got an internship. Strict roles are not offered by our college.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good library, classrooms, and a good parking area. There is no internet facility for students. There is no canteen, medical facilities, and mess. Sports facilities are available, and our college won many medals every year.

Faculty: Teachers are talented and have good teaching minds. Only some teachers are government-appointed. More than 50% are guest lecturers who teach us. Exams are difficult for everyone and exams are conducted strictly in our college. But sometimes, it is free to copy in exams.

Other: I do not like maths and science, so I have chosen this course. B.Com degree has good job opportunities from all sectors. I wish to improve the college's nature. It should provide good staff members and an internet facility for the students.

Review of Vedavati Government First Grade College, Hiryuru.

Placements: Around 65 students were doing B.Com, and around 60% of them have cleared all subjects. Most of them started their business after B.Com or are preparing for competitive exams. So, around 7-8 students got placed in companies and banks. The lowest package offered was 12,000 per month, and one of my friends is offered a salary of 16,000 per month by Karnataka Bank, which was the highest salary. I am doing CA now, so I haven't gone for placements. Most of my friends were not satisfied because of low packages, and some were new companies.

Infrastructure: We had good water facilities. Libraries had almost all books related to our course. Our sports coach was supportive of providing sports equipment and encouraged us to participate in sports. A computer lab is available, and we have learned MS word and MS excel advanced, which are helpful now. The infrastructure of our college was really good, and trees and small plants on the campus give positive vibes. A plantation program is conducted. No canteen is available. The staff are slightly rude.

Faculty: The teachers were really knowledgeable. They solved many doubts and encouraged us to ask them our doubts. Other than studies, they helped us improve our communication skills, learning skills, selling skills, meditation, etc., through a program called Unnati. I was disappointed with the assignments as we had a lot of assignments.

Other: I have chosen this course because I had registered for the charted accountant entrance exam, and CA is a practical-based course. So, I have chosen B.Com rather than BBM. This course could be more better if lecturers had explained us the practical applications of the subjects and gave us practical examples. Case studies should have been discussed in the class. I'm grateful I overcame my stage fear by taking part in events and fests.
