My college review (VJIT).
Placements: Around 50% of students were placed. The highest package was 25 LPA. The top recruiter was Tata, who gave a 25 LPA package last year in the placements. After Tata, JP Morgan was the second one. A GPA of 9.5 or above was needed to get a job in top companies. A software developer was the highest role offered.
Infrastructure: We had a Wi-Fi-connected, high-end personal computer, an integrated library, and good infrastructure labs. The hostel was average, not so good food, but it was reliable and could be managed to eat. We had sports and all at weekends in the college ground, and on the annual day, the results were declared.
Faculty: Teachers were good with high knowledge, but some teachers were not so good at teaching, so self-preparation was a must or else we might fail in the exam. Semester exams were good, but the supplementary fee was high, so study well and try not to fail in exams, as corrections were also tight.

Good infrastructure and campus life and good faculty support but limited placement opportunities.
Placements: Good placements. 8 CGPA. The lowest package 5 LPA and the highest 20 LPA. VJIT’s placements are decent but moderate compared to top-tier colleges. Students with solid skills often secure better packages, especially IT roles. Average packages cluster around 4 to 5 LPA, while few students secure higher offers up to 10 to 12 LPA or more.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good, neat, and clean. Library, classrooms, Wi-Fi, and ACs available. Spacious, well-laid campus. VJIT sits on a 10+ acre green campus with landscaped grounds and modern academic buildings. Infrastructure is good to above average for academic support, practical learning, recreation, and student services.
Faculty: Exams are conducted on course weekends. Pass percentage 5 points above. Many faculty members are experienced and hold relevant qualifications. Several are supportive and approachable. Exams are usually conducted twice a year, regular and supplementary exams.
Other: Minimum 3 to 5k crowd. Fest will be going on.

You can go to this college only if your EAMCENT rank is low or if you are going for management seat.
Placements: 80%-90% of students got placed from this college. The highest package is around 24 LPA, the lowest package is around 2 LPA, and the average package in this college is around 6 LPA-7 LPA. Recruiting companies such as Microsoft, Accenture, Tata, etc. 35%-45% of students offered internship opportunities. CSE, ECE, EEE, and specializations in CSE are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: The facilities in this college are quite impressive. For every course, there is a certified faculty. The Wi-Fi of the college provides good and fast internet to compile code faster. Labs look quite impressive and professional. Classrooms provide ventilation to each class. There are multiple libraries that students can access easily. The main disappointment is that there is no hostel in this college. Though they are building it now, it may be completed in the year 2027. Every year, they conduct a sports fest. We play with other colleges and also among ourselves.
Faculty: Teachers in this college are very helpful in sharing knowledge, irrespective of the college. They also give their personal number to contact and seek help from them at any time, which helps students during exam time and project submission. The courses provided in this college are completely designed for job purposes and future individual development. The semester exams in this college are not that tough. We can easily pass the exams. The pass percentage in the semester is around 85%-90%.

Affordable course with supportive faculty and active campus life.
Placements: Around 65-70% of students in my course got placed. The highest package was about 8- 9 LPA, the average stayed near 3.5- 4 LPA, and the lowest was around 2.5 LPA. Recruiters included TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Teach Mahindra, Capgemini and a few startups. Nearly 40% of students got internships from companies like BSNL, TCS iON and local IT firms. The common roles offered were Software Trainee, Embedded Intern, QA Analyst and Network Support Engineer.
Infrastructure: My department had decent Wi-Fi, well-maintained labs, and classrooms with projectors. The library was helpful for reference books and quiet study. The hostel facilities were average but manageable, with regular cleaning and basic amenities. Mess food was simple and sometimes repetitive, but the canteen offered better options. We had a small medical room for basic issues, and the campus had grounds for cricket, volleyball, and indoor games.
Faculty: Most of our faculty members were helpful and had good subject knowledge, especially in core electronics subjects. The teaching quality depended on the teacher, but overall it was satisfactory. The curriculum was updated with practical labs and project work, so it gave a decent foundation, though students had to put extra effort to become fully industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. Neither too tough nor too easy. Anyone who studied regularly could clear them. The pass percentage in our course was generally above 85-90%.
Other: For me, the course was value for money because the fees were reasonable compared to the facilities and exposure we received. I chose B.Teach ECE (2021-25) because I wanted to learn both hardware and software. The best part was the practical labs and project opportunities, though I wish the department offered more industry-oriented workshops. Campus life was fairly active with cultural events, teach fests, and a friendly crowd. The campus surroundings were calm, and connectivity to the city was good. Scholarships were available, and there were enough extracurricular activities to stay involved.

Our college had the best faculty and staff, and there were many facilities as well.
Placements: Almost 70 percent of students from our course got placed in campus placements in top companies. The highest package was 5.5 LPA, the average package was 3 LPA, and the lowest package was 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies included Foxconn, COULRYT, and 24/7 AI. Approximately 53 percent of students completed their internships in companies like Software IT Solutions and Arky Technology Pvt. Ltd. The top roles were Network Planning Engineer and Electronic Design Engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was absolutely satisfying for students. Facilities were very reasonable. Facilities included AC labs, seminar halls, a library, free Wi-Fi around the entire campus, and other resources. Facilities provided by the hostel were also great for students, with good and neat rooms and tasty food available in the canteen and mess at reasonable prices. Games like cricket, volleyball, and basketball were played regularly in the college. The medical facilities were available throughout the day.
Faculty: Absolutely, teachers were really helpful for students. They were highly qualified and very knowledgeable in their course. The teaching quality was excellent with a good way of explaining concepts. The course curriculum of our course was excellent, and everybody followed this curriculum because it made many students industry-ready. The semester exams in the college were not very tough, but we should never have taken the exams lightly. The pass percentage was also decent, with around 70 percent of the students passing the semester exams.
Other: The course had lots of advantages and opportunities in the future, so I chose this course. The best thing about my course was that it allowed me to learn new things every day. Improvements like better circuits and PCBs had to be brought into the laboratory. Student refreshment activities like fests, farewells, freshers’ parties, crowd meetings, tours, and concerts were conducted in the college.

In this college, the faculty and infrastructure are good.
Placements: In this college there is a four-year placement track, and training is provided. The package offered nearly 4.5 LPA to 5LPA. In the 25 regulations, the colleges are getting into a greater phase. It is a good college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is beautiful and the hostel is newly built. In this college there are 5 blocks. The college blocks are mentioned as A, B, CS N, and E blocks. Most of the first year is in the E block for all the departments, and they are subdivided into the other 6 blocks.
Faculty: The faculty is amazing and the curriculum is going very well. An examination has 4 semesters. In this college, there are a total of 5 courses. The IT section and Computer Science, computer specializations, civil, and mechanical engineering are all provided in this college.
Other: Overall, a better experience in this college.

Admission to VJIT is tiresome, but with 80 percentile in JEE Mains and OBC-NCL category, it is not impossible to get a seat. A rank in your percentile is about between 2,17,000 and 2,40,000. It may be that some private institutions, such as VJIT, consider this rank suitable, while on the other hand,
