In 2015, the infrastructure and management were really bad, but in 2024, they changed.
Placements: In Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology, the placement rate is around 60%. The median package is 4 LPA. Top recruiters for the ECE course include TCS, Intel, and Qualcomm. The highest package is 15 LPA.
Infrastructure: In the ECE department, there is good infrastructure and all lab equipment is available. The college provides medical facilities, conducts sports activities, has PT teachers for games, and offers canteen facilities. In labs, students follow a dress code that includes formal attire and shoes, especially for hardware labs.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and provide good career guidance. They are well-qualified. Students can easily pass the semester exams with proper preparation. To pass each subject, students must score 40 marks or above. Faculty is nice, well-educated, and supportive.
Other: The college conducts cultural events once a year and provides many clubs for students to join. It also organizes various events throughout the year.

This is a great college to pass with your engineering degree.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from VBIT. Around 75-80% of students get placed with packages ranging from 3 LPA to more than 20 LPA, and the average package is 4-6 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture. IT companies show interest.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good. It has a few nice blocks and a few blocks to be made. This college has around 7-10 blocks which are divided among the different departments. The girls' hostel and boys' hostel are separate and on campus itself. There is also a canteen that serves breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Faculty: The faculty is qualified, and exams are conducted thoroughly well. The management is doing a great job. The course completion is on time, and the mid-sem exams and the semester exams are conducted on campus only. They follow a strict curriculum. Nevertheless, they do their job well.

The college is fully skilled with good faculty.
Placements: 50 percent of students were placed, and others were placed through off-campus opportunities with knowledge provided by the college. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA, the highest package is 8 LPA, and the average package ranges from 4 to 5 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Hexaware, TCS, etc., visit the campus. Around 50% of students get internships as Business Analysts and Data Analysts.
Infrastructure: Hostel infrastructure is very good and pleasant. College is in a peaceful area. Facilities are very good. Wi-Fi is available every where on campus. Classrooms are neat. There is a good library. Hostel food and hostel facilities are very nice. Wi-Fi is available. Overall, hostel is safe and secure.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty are highly experienced and skilled. They share knowledge in a very good manner and are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The curriculum is useful and helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very hard, and faculty clearly guide students on how to clear exams. The pass percentage is around 70% per semester.
Other: I have many memories from my college life. The atmosphere is very good, and I made many friends. Faculty is very friendly. They teach not only subjects but also ethics and values. I have taken Computer Science and Business Systems course.

Definitely not the best but the best.
Placements: Coming to the college placement drive, the placement aspect is decent. We can expect packages starting from at least 4 LPA, and skills matter, of course, so it depends on the student too. We can be hired by companies like HCL, TCS, Accenture, Infosys, etc. The majority of the students get placed according to their knowledge and skills.
Infrastructure: I love our college infrastructure, that's the best thing I can say about our college compared to the other colleges surrounding us. Hostel life is peaceful as our campus is filled with trees and greenery, providing a lot of fresh air. Regarding the food, students say fresh food is served, so overall good experience only.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly, which is more important. Coming to the teaching, we have been taught by amazing and talented faculty. They're all friendly and helpful, never judging, and always guiding us according to the current world trends.
Other: Fests are conducted every year where a lot of guests are invited. It's all fun and joyous.

Good learning environment, but placement options were few.
Placements: Placements in our course were below average. Around 30–35 percent of students got placed through campus drives. The average package was nearly 3 LPA, mostly in small startups and service-based companies. The highest package was around 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies came for placements, but the placement percentage was average.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the CSE department was decent but not excellent. Classrooms were spacious and equipped with projectors and basic teaching aids. Wi-Fi was available, but the speed was inconsistent, especially during peak hours. Computer labs had sufficient systems, but some needed software and hardware upgrades. The library had a good number of academic books, but limited access to recent journals. Hostel facilities were average. Rooms were clean, but maintenance could have been improved. Mess food was manageable but repetitive. Medical facilities were basic, and sports facilities were available but not well maintained.
Faculty: Teachers were qualified and knowledgeable, but teaching quality varied from faculty to faculty. Some professors were very supportive, while others followed only textbook-based teaching. The curriculum was theory-oriented and only partially industry-relevant. Students needed to rely on self-learning, online courses, and projects to become industry-ready. Semester exams were moderate in difficulty. With regular study, passing was not difficult. The pass percentage was around 85–90 percent. Internal assessments played an important role in scoring.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in technology and software development. The best part of the course was the strong theoretical foundation and the availability of basic lab facilities. However, I wished there had been better industry exposure, more internships, stronger placement support, and updated lab infrastructure. Scholarships were available for eligible students, but awareness was limited. Extracurricular activities existed, but they needed better planning and encouragement.

    Good infrastructure, moderate placements.
Placements: The reason I have given 4 stars for the placements is the fact that this is a slightly above-average college, but thankfully, the placements for this college are increasing year by year. This college's placements have an average package of 4 LPA and the highest package of 24 LPA. Note that the package you get completely depends on you. Many colleges like this majorly focus on completing the curriculum, so you have to make your own time to skill up.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is absolutely great, the college is full of life with greenery and a lot of place to sports such as cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton, etc. The classrooms, labs, and hostels are also well-equipped. But the mobile signal is difficult to get, which is expected if the college is located remotely.
Faculty: The faculty and technicians are well educated and qualified. The efforts should always be from two sides, from you and from the faculty. The semester exams are relatively easy when compared to JNTUH. The pass percentage is also good for this college, with around 85%.
Other: This college is perfect for students who are interested in sports and extracurricular activities because this college has a space for extracurricular activities, such as a ground, basketball court, badminton, etc.

    Hi Siva Sankar,

Vignan Bharathi Institute of Technology (VBIT) fee structure varies based on your IPE and JEE Mains scores. With 950 in IPE and 50 in JEE Mains, you might not qualify for major fee concessions through JEE. However, state quota or merit-based scholarships might reduce your fees.
