Yes, you can get admission to Xavier Institute of Communications with 60% in Class 12th. All it matter is yours XIC OET score and interview performance. XIC OET 2022 Eligibility Criteria are listed below,  

Candidates must be under the age of 35.
Candidates must have completed three years of graduation (12+3 years) in one of the following streams from an Indian university: (Arts, Commerce, Science, Computers, BMM, BMS, BE, Catering, and other related fields)
Candidates from the previous semester are also able to apply for the exam.

Out of the total 60 seats in the college

15% seats of the course are reserved for case A- Management quota reserved seats

Out of the balance 51 seats- 

50% of the seats are reserved for the Christian minority- Case D

42% of the seats are available to the general category of students -Case D

5% of the seats are reserved for persons with disability-Case D

3% are reserved for special category-Case D

 Case A is the category where college are obliged to give the admission and Case D is where the admission is done on the basis of merit.

Special Category refers to:

Wards of Transferred State / Central Govt. and Private Sector employees, employees of Defence Department / ex-servicemen

Wards of Freedom Fighters

Award Winners at the District / State / National Levels in Sports or Cultural Activities.
