XIMB Bhubaneswar Course Admissions 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process

XIMB selects candidates based on entrance exam scores of candidates. Aspirants must have scores in CAT, MAT, XAT, X-GMT, etc. for admission to MBA and Executive MBA courses. Selected candidates also need to pass a written test and GDPI round. Admission to PhD course is based on X-RAT/ UGC-NET followed by PI and other selection rounds.

Aspirants need to apply on the Xavier University's website for course at XIMB and X-GMT. For other entrance exam scores, candidates need to apply on their respective websites. 

Work experience is not mandatory to apply for MBA course at XIMB. Aspirants do need to meet the eligibility criteria i.e. graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate from a recognised university.

XIMB confirms application acceptance over mail. Candidates can get their registered email id for the mail sent by the admission team. Once the application is accepted, candidates are called for further rounds of selection.

Candidates can apply online at XIMB Bhubaneswar. Candidates can apply on the portal only if they meet the eligibility. Aspirants must fill out the form and pay the fee for the preferred course. 

XIM Bhubaneswar offers a two-year MBA in Business Management (MBA-BM) in the full-time mode. Admission to these courses is based on the applicants' XAT/CAT/GMAT/X-GMT scores. The candidates with a valid score in one of these examinations are shortlisted for a written admission test, GDPI round.

It is not possible to get admission at XIM University with 90 percentile through CAT Exam. As per the XIM University cutoff data, the required cutoff for CAT exam was 91 for the General AI category candidates.

Candidates seeking admission to XIM University admission to the full-time MBA, MBA in Urban Management and Governance, Master of Business Finance and MBA in Human Resource Management course must have a valid score in either of CAT, XAT or NMAT. 1 year full time Executive MBA at XIM University is a programme designed for working professionals featuring four terms. It provides industry oriented management education, focusing on strategic leadership, finance & marketing.

XIM University application process is online and the form can be filled out by visiting the official website (xim.edu.in). The university sends out emails to the applicants whose applications are accepted.

 For EMBA, candidates need to have a valid score in CAT, XAT, GMAT, or XGMT (XIM University entrance exam). Candidates must register online for enrolment. The shortlisted candidate’s list is released, who are called for a written test and GDPI. The overall performance in all the rounds is the deciding factor for seat allotment.

XIMB MBA conducts the XIM General Management Test (XGMT) for admission to its MBA programme. However, candidates with a valid score in XAT/CAT/GMAT are exempted from the XGMT. a) XAT conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur on January 05, 2025, OR

b) CAT conducted by IIMs on November 24, 2024, OR

c) GMAT conducted or to be conducted in 2023 or 2024, OR
