There is no separate consideration for OBC as it is included in general only. Cut-off are as follows:
CAT-50 percentile, CMAT-90 percentile and
XAT-60 percentile.

It depends on what your definition of better is. If you are talking only in terms of placement, XIME is a better option.

It's tough. But personally, I would suggest you to grasp every current topic related to the department you are opting for. If you have a hint of knowledge and you are able to speak you will rock.
