How to apply for UPSEE 2015

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE), conducted by Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow, is scheduled to be held on April 18, 2015 for candidates who would apply for MBA and MCA programmes and on April 19, 2015 for candidates who would apply for engineering programme.
Students who wish to take admission into professional courses offered by institutions affiliated to UPTU need to appear for this exam.
Interested candidates can apply for UPSEE 2015 by filling either the online or offline application form. The last date of filling and submission of the application form is March 25, 2015. Check UPSEE 2015 important dates here!
Given below is the step by step process to apply for the exam both online and offline:
How to apply online
All the eligible candidates can apply for admission just by following a few simple steps:
Step 1: Fill in the required information in Application Form
- Visit the website and click on the link “Apply Online” followed by clicking onto the link “Online application form” for the course that you want to apply for.
- In the second step, all you need to do is fill in the required information.
- Next, review all the information filled by you and check that there are no mistakes.
- Once you are sure that there are no mistakes in your form, click on the final button.
Step 2: Carefully note down the registration number generated on submission of the application form.
Step 3: Pay the examination fee either through credit/debit card or through bank challan.
Step 4: Upload of scanned images
- If the payment is made by using credit/debit card then, upload the scanned images, photograph, Signature or maybe thumb impression, immediately on the same day.
- If you have made the payment through e-challan then, visit the official website of the institute on next day of the payment and upload the scanned images, photograph and signature.
- Review the uploaded images in both the cases and click on the “Final Submit” button if you are sure that they are appropriate.
Step 5: Print the confirmation page generated when you are done with uploading. Maintain at least two copies of the confirmation page.
Step 6: One copy of the confirmation page must be kept safe by you. Note down the registration number contained in the confirmation page for all future help.
Step 7: In the last step, take the second hardcopy of the confirmation page, paste a recent passport size photograph pf yourself, put your signature and left thumb impression and get it signed by the parent/guardian at the appropriate spaces provided on the confirmation page. Post it along with the challan (if you have made the payment through bank challan) to the given below address latest by March 31, 2015 :

How to apply offline
- Fill the application form offline at your nearest helpdesk. The lists of helpdesks are available on the official website of the institute.
- Submit your photograph, signature, as well as thumb impression.
- Pay the examination fee either through credit/debit card or through ban challan. The examination fee for male candidates of General/OBC category is 800INR and for SC/ST category, as well as all female candidates is 400INR
- Print your confirmation page as soon as you are done making payment for the examination.
- Send the copy of your duly signed and completed confirmation page supporting It with a copy of challan (if the payment has been made through challan) only by Registered Post/Speed Post to the following address latest by March 31, 2015:
