How to apply for WBJEE 2015?
The online registrations for West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2015 began on December 30, 2014 around 10:30 am. And the last date to apply for the exam is today, February 14, 2015.
The exam is scheduled to be conducted on April 18 and April 19, 2015. While, the Biological Sciences and Mathematics paper will be held on April 18 (from 1 pm to 4 pm) and April 19, 2015 (from 12 noon to 2 pm), the exam for Physics and Chemistry will be conducted on April 19 (from 3 pm to 5 pm).

To register for the exam, students need to follow four simple steps that includes filling up of the application form, uploading images, paying exam fee and lastly taking a printout of the confirmation page.
Given below is the step-by-step process to apply for the exam:
Step 1: Online filling of application form
The first step involves filling up the online application form. After the aspirant successfully submits the form, an application number is generated that will be used for future reference.
While filling up the form, aspirants are also required to choose a PASSWORD. For login in future, the system generated Application No. and chosen Password will be used instead of the applicant’s Date of Birth.
Step 2: Online uploading of scanned images
The second step is to upload various scanned images. Given below are the images that are required to be uploaded in JPG format in one-go. Please not that partial uploading of documents will not be allowed.
- Uploading of signature, scanned Photo, LTI and DOB certificate are mandatory
- Uploading of category [SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B] certificate, if applicable.
- Uploading of PwD certificate, if applicable.
- Uploading of Domicile certificate, if applicable.
- Uploading of Income/TFW certificate, if applicable
Step 3: Fee payment
Payment by Debit/Credit Card or Internet Banking: Aspirants needs to select the Debit/Credit Card/Internet Banking option to pay the exam fee. It is important to follow the instruction to complete the payment process. After successful payment of the fee, aspirants will be able to print the “Confirmation Page ”.
Payment by Allahabad Bank Challan: Aspirants need to select Allahabad Challan mode to deposit the exam fee. As soon as they select, a Challan will be generated which would contain specific details of the candidate along with amount (in INR) to be paid.
It is advisable for the candidate to take a printout of the same and carry it to the Allahabad branch for making payment. After making the payment, aspirants are required to visit again the website and enter the transaction details like journal number, branch name and the date of deposit. After successful entry, aspirant will be able to take a print out of the “Confirmation Page ”.
Aspirants are not required to send any document manually to WBJEEB Board. However, at the time of counselling, aspirants have to produce original copy of their uploaded images/certificate.
Please note that exam fee is non-refundable.
Step 4: Downloading of confirmation page
Students can print the confirmation page but there is no need to send the same to the board. It needs to be with the candidate for future reference.
Students will be offered an online facility for editing/updating application particulars before uploading of scanned images. Once images are uploaded, editing/ updating in application particulars will not be allowed.
Please note that once the application form is submitted, students will not be allowed to make changes at a later stage. Also, students must note down the application number printed on the confirmation page for all future correspondences.
