With the opening up of Indian economy, there has been a spurt in demand for youngsters equipped with certain skill sets that could cater to new jobs created. Taking cognizance of the situation, private and government educational institutes are offering professional courses across categories to make this young workforce immediately employable. Today, one can find institutes offering some or the other professional course in all big and small localities of metropolitan cities.

These institutes cater to students who have recently graduated from colleges or even to students after 10+2. There are numerous computer courses, IT courses, hardware and software courses, BPO skills courses, language courses small-term accountancy courses, stenography courses, mobile assembly and repairing courses, ticketing and tourism courses besides a host of others that make students eligible to take up jobs immediately. These courses are most beneficial to students who do not pursue courses such as engineering, medicine, law etc at the under-graduate level and go for the regular college degree. Now, they can take up one of these courses to upgrade their skills and get employment.

HI i am pursuing Bcom and it will take me another year to finish it. But in the mean while I want to pursue some specialization courses. but i want to do a course that will not require me to again do my Post graduation. i want to know what options are suitable. i am not interested in accounts, etc
