Students can now submit their assignments for IGNOU TEE Exam 2020 until June 15, 2020.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced that it has extended the last date to submit the assignment for IGNOU TEE Exam 2020 until June 15, 2020. 

Students can apply for the term examination on or before May 31, 2020. Interested and eligible candidates can now apply for the Term End Examination (IGNOU TEE) online through the official site of IGNOU i.e. ignou.ac.in.

The university is expected to conduct the exam in July. The examination was scheduled to begin on June 1, 2020. However, the University has postponed the examination third time as the nationwide lockdown was extended further in order to contain the spread of novel coronavirus.

As per some media reports, the new exam schedule will be announced 15 days prior to the commencement of the examinations. As many as 7.5 lakh are expected to appear for the IGNOU TEE June 2020 exams.

This year the term-end examination will be conducted as per the UGC guidelines. According to UGC guidelines, universities may adopt alternative and simplified modes of examinations. In other words, universities may choose to use any mode (either one or a combination of) MCQ and OMR based papers, Open book examinations, open choices, assignment/ presentation based assessments, etc.
