Last week tips for JEE Main 2015
The pressure is building with only few days left for JEE Main 2015 to commence. The preparation strategy in the last week before the exam makes a lot of difference to the overall performance of an aspirant.
According to Ramesh Batlish, FIITJEE expert, this stage should be utilized more for problem solving, developing short cuts, and revising important formulae, understanding ones strengths & weaknesses. Aspirants must take up Mock Tests in Online /Offline modes to develop ones’ self-confidence.
Time Management & developing strategy as per the level of paper is crucial to score more marks in the actual JEE (Main). The Last week before JEE (Main) is mainly for revision of all important formulae, solving mock tests along with test analysis and improving upon speed and accuracy.
Here are seven quick tips and tricks to help you get going in the last week before JEE Main 2015:
1. Practice as much as you can to strengthen all important concepts
2. Do not practice or prepare any new topic. It won’t help but will make things tough for you.
3. Prepare a time table and make sure you include everything – mock tests, revision, time for relaxation etc.
4. Take appropriate sleep of at least six hours a day.
5. Don’t over-stress yourself by going beyond the syllabus. Stick to what is required.
6. Have the right attitude. If one has this then even an average student can crack JEE Main 2015.
7. Boost your concentration. And never lose confidence.
According to Ramesh Batlish, one must not start with any new books at this stage. But, one can still refer to standard books for concept clearing (if needed). Subsequently, one can refer to notes provided by coaching institutes for better understanding and quick revision.
