Q:   What is the eligibility criteria of JEECE?
A: 

Before JEECE registration, candidates are advised to check official eligibility criteria for admission process. All candidates should be permanent residents of state and should have passed 12th standard (or equivalent) examination from a recognised board. For JEECE admission, the candidates will require a valid JEE Main score and should have secured minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) in their 12th standard qualifying examination from a recognised board. The candidates should have studied Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects as well as Chemistry or Biology as optional subjects. Ineligible candidates will not be considered for admission.

Q:   When will JEECE application form be available?

JEECE application form release date will be announced on the official website with the official notice of the admission process.

Q:   How can I register for JEECE?
A: 

JEECE registration is available online on the website. Once all candidates submit details in registration form, an application id is generated. Candidates get application ID when the registration process is completed.

Q:   Will JEECE 2024 be held?
A: 

The authorities will not conduct any JEECE for BTech admission. Admissions will be based on JEE Main scores. However, JCECE exam will be held for admission to BTech Agriculture and BTech Dairy Technology.

Q:   How can I get admission to BTech at BIT Sindri?
A: 

BIT Sindri admission to BTech programme is based on JEE Main score. Candidates selected based on JEE Main score have to come for JEECE Counselling. JEECE counselling is held online. Registered and eligible candidates will have to participate in the JEECE counselling process for admissions into the BTech courses offered by the participating institutes of the state. Since there is no entrance exam, the admissions will be done based on the candidate's JEE Main scores.
