Yes, the Techno BIT offers a full-time BTech programme at the undergraduate level. The course duration is four years, and it is divided into eight semesters. Student can choose from different engineering specilaisations offered by the institute.  

College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat (CEMK) is a government-aided Engineering institute,  located in Kolaghat Thermal Power Plant Township of West Bengal Power Development Corporation,  Kolaghat, West Bengal. Established in 1998, CEMK is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, formerly known as WBUT.
