IIT Indore is a decade-old IIT that generally ranks among the top 16 Engineering institutes in NIRF. The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). JEE Main is conducted in two sessions each year, with session 2 usually held in April. For the current cycle, NTA had announced the JEE Main Session 2 exam dates, and the exams for Paper 1 (BTech) were conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8. The registration for session 2 is now closed. Now, prospective candidates should wait for the announcement of JEE Mains dates for the academic batch of 2026.

• For B.Tech programs, you need to appear for the JEE Main entrance exam and obtain valid scores.
• For MBA, you should have a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% and qualify through CAT  (Common Admission Test) or other relevant management entrance exams.
