M.Tech colleges accepting CUET-PG in Uttar Pradesh

Getting admission in  Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University for course Master of Technology (M.Tech) is not easy, it is moderate to hard to get admission for M.Tech. Eligibility for admission is  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field. For getting seat in M.Tech, you need to attempt GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) and  Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at this qualifying Examination. I think getting 50% marks in GATE is not at all a easy task.

Scholarships are available from VBSPU to applicants from low-income households. They receive scholarships to help with their financial needs and to motivate them to continue their education. It also offers relaxation in tuition fees which is also given to position holders of qualifying examinations/ competitive exams and university examinations. The university offers financial assistance to the relatives of Kargil Martyrs and the victims of natural disasters (Tsunami victims). The Post-Matric Scholarship is for the candidates whose parents/guardians' total income doesn't exceed INR 2 Lacs for Backward Caste, General, Minorities, and INR 2.5 Lacs for SC/ST category candidates.

In the post-graduation programme M.Tech, based on ranking and eligibility, students are allowed to pursue the course of their choice from one of the 6 schools of VIT.

The applicants should apply online on the website by paying a non-refundable application fee of Rs.1200/- (rupees thousand two hundred only) (Including GST).

The applicants should register for VITMEE, a Computer Based Objective test at indicated test centres.

The list of short-listed candidates will be published in the website or personal SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number for online counselling.

Short-listed Candidates will be asked to choose the preference of campus and branch. Selected candidates will have to pay an advance payment of Rs. 1 lakh.

Candidates who fail to pay the advance before deadline, will not be considered for admission.
