B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering from a recognized board with minimum 50%.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidate must have passed with minimum in 50% Bachelor degree(B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized Institute/University with the valid GATE score.
MCA	Candidate must have passed BCA/B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science/B.E. or B.Tech. (CSE/IT)/B.Voc.(Software Development/IT) or an equivalent degree with the mentioned marks (45% % is for SC/ST of Haryana candidates) in aggregate. OR Candidate must have passed B.Sc./B.Com./B.A. with Mathematics at Graduation level with having atleast 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates of Haryana only) in aggregate, along with the students admitted with this eligibility will have to simultaneously undertake additional *bridge course as prescribed by the University during the first semester.

Currently, NIT Kurukshetra has not released the dates for the commencement of classes for the academic batch 2025. It is anticipated that the dates will fall in the same bracket similar to the previous one. The date of commencement of classes for the 2024 batch was August 12, 2024.
